Suites are spacious, modern, clean and luxurious. Love so many cafes around the hotel and facilities are great. Breakfast could be better by serving warm drinks and reception for breakfast needs to be more informative. The room service and bell boy are superb, very helpful and polite. My favorite apart hotel in South Jakarta.

Worth the money… good location, friendly staff…

Check-in was at 1:30 PM and we were immediately assigned the most ready room. Upon arrival, the kids were quite happy and enjoyed it, although the twin beds made it a bit uncomfortable for us as a family. The Smart TV made up for it, allowing us to relax and watch Netflix and YouTube. I had a small issue when I was about to pray; there was still a lot of dust under the mattress and under the table. But thank God, customer care was incredibly responsive! As soon as I called, the team arrived and cleaned it promptly. The food in the breakfast area was delicious and very varied. FYI, flip-flops are not allowed in the restaurant area, but don't worry, the hotel provides replacements on site. The entire staff was friendly and efficient, and check-in and check-out were super fast. Overall, it was a memorable stay.

Our bag, containing our wallet and other items, was left in our room upon check-out. It took us about five hours to realize it was missing. The staff didn't inform us in advance, and we called the hotel to report the incident. The point is, for a 5-star hotel, the staff should have informed us in advance, not five hours later, and we called the hotel. The hotel staff was extremely lacking in awareness and responsiveness to items left in the room. Given this disappointing experience, we will definitely not be staying at Ra Suites again.

I highly recommend staying at the Ra Suite. The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer excellent amenities. For a 5-star hotel, the quality is undeniable. Most importantly, the atmosphere is very comfortable and peaceful.
