Everything was fine, except for one detail: I booked a single room for my friend, with a balcony, and it was confirmed by MooStay. However, when checking in at 18:00, MoonStay staff arranged for a room with only a window to look out onto the street, with the reason: the balcony room was already occupied by another guest (???). And as I understand it, the price of a room with a balcony is higher than the price of a room without a balcony, and MoonStay did not mention refunding the difference. In addition to the above detail, MoonStay is very conveniently located for resting and waiting to go to the airport. The room is clean, quite quiet. There are many shops and food around. You can walk to T1 terminal.

Nhìn chung thì ổn, mình đặt kiểu homestay cho đồng nghiệp công tác tại Hồ Chí Minh 1 tuần: - Nhân viên: thân thiện nhiệt tình, mình đặt qua app để tìm phòng cho 8 đêm mà app chỉ thu tiền 1 ngày nên mình có gọi điện cho home lúc sáng sớm (5h sáng gì đó vì mình chuẩn bị bay nên sợ gọi muộn hơn đồng nghiệp không check in được) mà nhân viên hơi ngái ngủ vẫn trả lời các câu hỏi và hướng dẫn. Được cho check in sớm (tầm 10h hạ cánh) - Vị trí: gần sân bay đi bộ được, không có biển hiệu đâu nha - Phòng: đồng nghiệp mình báo ổn, hệ thống nước thi thoảng có vấn đề, với cả home không dọn vệ sinh (chỉ có ngày thuê thứ 7 họ dọn vì tưởng mình check out, mình xin ở thêm 1 hôm nữa), nên là có con gián Nói chung là giá cả cũng khá cao mà dịch vụ phòng không ổn nên chắc mình sẽ tìm home khác cho lần tới

Phòng rộng rãi thoải mái. Toà nhà nằm ở trong hẻm nên không quá ồn ào
