The best accommodation when visiting Kintamani

Lots of flies, nice place.

Friendly staff, nice view, very comfortable. If I go to Bali again, especially Kintamani, I will definitely come back to Segara Camp. It's just that the soundproofing is lacking, if you're chatting in the middle of the night in the right and left rooms, you can still hear it.

the place is unique..feels like real camping..no worries about food coz there is small resto near the camp villa,.the area is clean and green, the view is amazing, the air is fresh and cool.The jaccuzi is very nice, so refreshing..

Actually the place is okay, just a lot of flies, there should be an anti-insect lamp like in the kitchens of restaurants so that at least the flies don't enter the room. When I went there the grass was long, but luckily the FO realized it before complaining and immediately cut the grass. For the male employees of the restaurant, maybe they need to be trained again, just when asked if there was a cloth because the chair was wet, he immediately answered that he was not an FO officer, just contact the FO officer, because he was from the restaurant and different, yes even though it's different but it's in the same facility, it's still good that he answered yes later I'll help the FO officer come here to bring a cloth, yeah maybe we have to go downstairs to contact the FO to ask for a cloth. The same steps under the bathroom need to be given stones so that it's not visible if you wear swallow/rubber sandals. Then there should be a small fan and a safe. Thank you

there are many flies in the room, maybe you can add a fly repellent or add a bed cover so that the night is not disturbed by flies. Please improve the fly problem so that it does not disturb the comfort of sleep.

The view is nice, the water is warm, the atmosphere is comfortable, it's just a shame there's no TV.

It's clean, but I went there during fly season, so there were a lot of flies, which made me uncomfortable. For a nice and comfortable place, you get the view, minus the flies.

In terms of view, it's really good, soaking in hot water with a lake view, unfortunately there are a lot of flies, making it uncomfortable to hang out in front of the room, and for food, it's near the glamping, but it is recommended to bring food and snacks from outside, because Grabfood is not accessible

The management staff is not very responsive, when we stayed and took a morning shower suddenly the water turned off. We contacted the staff and they said the water tank was dry. We waited for more than 1 hour and the water was still not on in the bathroom shower. As a result, we continued to take a shower with bottled water :) Honestly, for an inn with such a beautiful view and such cool facilities, it is very unfortunate that something like this happened, as if the management does not care to the point that the water (an essential thing in our lives) can run out in the tank. And it takes a very long time to fix trouble like this. Please pay attention from the owner, hopefully it will be fixed soon. Above all, fly handling must also be a concern. Not recommended for those who are uncomfortable with the presence of many flies.

The hotel view is very nice but it is not suitable for a family staycation if you take a standard room, because the toilet is outside.

I had probably what as the worst experience in a hotel in my life. It started when I arrived there with my mom for a hiking to Mount Batur on next morning. The first thing that got our attention was the fact that the bathroom was not private. And got a bit worst when I realized that the hotel has around 20 of the glamping but only to toilets and 3 showers for the hotel amount of guests. After that we realized a big group was arriving and already starting to play loud music and karaoke. Our hiking was going to start at 3:30 AM so I asked the staff about because we got suspicious of they having a party there and they told me was just friends and they gonna stop later. Went for dinner and 8:30 PM we came back but the music was still there. So I asked when was going to stop cause we need to sleep as early as possible and they answered that was going until 10 PM. Even though was super Ann to have non stop music and chatting close to the tent, there was non stop flux of people coming and going from the bathroom. It was kind of like a party's bathroom but I was sleeping right next to it and what separates us was just a layer of cloth, so felt like people were in my room. At 10 pm I went to the reception and asked them to talk with guests and stop the party. One guy said he was going immediately there to do that. Then the music stopped for like 10 minutes and started again. Before 11 pm I tried again to talk with staff but they're not there. So after a while the receptionist came from the party area (can't say if she joined them) and I asked once again to stop the music cause in around 4 hours I needed to wake up. She went back there but nothing changed. So I gave up and just tried to sleep and eventually around 1 AM the music stopped for good and I could rest for 2 hours before wake up for the hiking. On my way back to the hotel they offered me breakfast and I answered saying I wanted to sleep cause couldn't rest because of the party.

For the view, it's really a champion and the morning is cool. I like the staff, they are all friendly, polite and really helpful. Especially when we asked for help to take pictures, the staff were willing and patient in dealing with our repeated photo requests. When we first checked in, we were also offered an upgrade when we wanted to open a new room. And fortunately it was still available. For future reviews, please emphasize that there is a rule that guests who stay are prohibited from bringing animals, because not all other guests like or dare to be with animals. For guests who have fun activities, please also inform and emphasize that there is a prohibition on the time limit not exceeding 9 pm. Because other guests feel disturbed and cannot rest because of the noise.

The location is quite challenging because it is a bit uphill, but for our 1300cc Avanza vehicle, we were quite comfortable up to the top, but after that we got an extraordinary view, the room was comfortable, the hotel is close to the Toya Devasa hot springs. 👍
