Staff speaks no English, which is OK, but upon arrival there was supposed to be a deposit of 50,000. I had only 30,000 which was not given back to me when I was leaving due to a misunderstanding in translation that it was a fee for early check-in. Otherwise OK.

Although the room size is a bit narrow, but still comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room AC is cold, there is a water heater, TV, towels, unfortunately there are few amenities and only bottled drinking water. Suitable for transit only.

The first time I stayed here, it almost felt like I was at home, the staff were friendly, check-in was fast and not complicated, the room was quite clean and didn't smell, it was quiet, there was a prayer mat and the Quran, the bed was clean and soft and there was a balcony with a pretty good view, it was just a shame that the gallon of water ran out without being filled I highly recommend staying here again sometime

For that price, it's normal and quite good. But the bathroom needs to be cleaned again because there's crust/moss, and yesterday's bedsheet also had stubborn menstrual stains even though it was only a little bit. If the staff is friendly and nice, only the quality control of the place should be improved.

The hotel is clean, close to where you want to go, easy to find food, comfortable and not noisy, especially those with balconies. When you stay there is always a balcony, there is a cafe that is also clean, the staff are friendly. I have been staying here for a long time with my family. The price is also the cheapest for accommodation as clean as this. I will definitely stay here again next time. Thank you Traveloka. It always makes it easy for me to find a hotel.

All OK, only one drawback, that is I BOOKED TWO ROOMS, AND BOTH OF THEM HAVE A LITTLE WATER ON. SO IT'S VERY DIFFICULT TO TAKE A SHOWER. (WATER IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR A HOTEL) PLEASE PAY MORE ATTENTION TO THE WATER DUMB.

Not bad. The sheets are not very clean. There is hot water for bathing.
