Good location and facilities, located in a residential area, hot water, very cold air conditioning, very fast internet, easy access, close to everywhere. There are many restaurants and cafes around the hotel.

1. The room is full of mosquitoes. 2. The corner under the sink looks unclean. 3. The bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan. 4. The toilet won't flush; it has to be flushed with a dipper. 5. The faucet is broken. 6. If you must use a bucket, please provide a large, clean one.

The meeting room is used for noisy KPOP viewing until late at night, the bathroom is not well maintained, hot water sometimes appears

The staff is nice, the room is comfortable and not noisy. The WiFi is quite smooth.

Staff speaks no English, which is OK, but upon arrival there was supposed to be a deposit of 50,000. I had only 30,000 which was not given back to me when I was leaving due to a misunderstanding in translation that it was a fee for early check-in. Otherwise OK.

Although the room size is a bit narrow, but still comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room AC is cold, there is a water heater, TV, towels, unfortunately there are few amenities and only bottled drinking water. Suitable for transit only.

The first time I stayed here, it almost felt like I was at home, the staff were friendly, check-in was fast and not complicated, the room was quite clean and didn't smell, it was quiet, there was a prayer mat and the Quran, the bed was clean and soft and there was a balcony with a pretty good view, it was just a shame that the gallon of water ran out without being filled I highly recommend staying here again sometime
