The family room 2 is really nice, unfortunately there is no AC, the cool air is just not nice, because it is cold at 1 am and the morning is cold, the atmosphere is cool and nice, the swimming pool is clean, the main thing is to enjoy it, hopefully there will be AC or at least a fan when I get there, 🫰

Yeah, it's pretty good, but it turns out that ordering here is quite expensive, but so far so good...

If possible, improve the lighting leading to the riverbank and standard rooms...so it's not dark.

The most satisfying are the rooms and swimming pool. They can still be developed, or at least their quality maintained. I didn't expect air conditioning to be installed in all superior rooms, which is satisfactory. Perhaps the toilets could be replaced with sitting toilets. The resort as a whole can still be developed. Hopefully, it can compete not only with local tourists.

It's really worth it with maximum service and lots of areas for children to play.

I was surprised to choose a family room but there was no AC even though the air was cold, the price did not match the condition of the room, family room but there was no AC and the room was not complete with the usual accommodation facilities. There was not even a doormat provided. Just once

Good and affordable. Got a great river. The downside is you can't order food in the room and the restaurant closes at 4pm. So you have to survive until morning without eating. The location is far from anywhere. Hehe.. but it's worth it for the price.

I've stayed here twice, it seems like a lot has changed regarding the food in the restaurant, it's not a buffet like before, the staff are also few, like many of the huts are not well maintained, it seems like the management has been changed, when I first stayed there was still construction, now it's no longer under construction but the impression is not attractive to visitors, like the zoo area also needs improvement, the selling point of this place is only the swimming pool which is quite pleasant, the rest is just so-so, please improve it again

Masyaallah.. When I entered the room it was clean, nice, and tidy.. I didn't expect it.. With this price, thank God.. AC, Wi-Fi, hot water all worked smoothly.. There were many choices of activities, swimming in the pool, playing in the river or just taking photos.. The food was also really delicious.. Eating on the edge.. Gosh, I was really satisfied..

Stayed in a superior room. Parking is inside for overnight guests, up a slight incline. (-) The room was very cramped. Praying was quite difficult. The bathroom was a squat toilet, and the hot water didn't always come out. The power went out at first, but it was back to normal the next afternoon. There was a tree in front of the balcony and a wasp nest, so I was afraid to stay there for long. You can order food at the restaurant via WhatsApp, but delivery isn't available; you have to pick it up yourself. (-) The pool is quite spacious, but the water is very cold. The staff is fast and friendly. You can play in the river. The grilled chicken is delicious. The standard breakfast menu includes fried rice, fried chicken, eggs, mendoan, and capcay. For a hotel priced at around 300,000 Rupiah, the breakfast was pretty good. The Wi-Fi is decent. There are several street vendors selling food on motorbikes in front of the hotel, and their batagor (fried meatball soup) is really delicious.

The inn staff were all incredibly friendly, and nothing was lacking. It's kid-friendly, comfortable, and clean, making you feel at home.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the pool is clean, there is a river too, the kids are really happy.

Initially we wanted to stay for one night, but because the atmosphere made us feel at home, we added another night. It's a fun recommendation for a place to relieve stress. The kids were also very happy because they could swim in the pool as much as they wanted, plus play in the water on the edge of the river with clear water, and explore the minizoo (although the cages were still being fixed) but at least there was a different experience because they could see snakes, deer, civets, etc.

Very good service, cheap price for complete facilities, we are satisfied staying and traveling there

On the 14th I just arrived and checked in around 17.00, the guest that day turned out to be me alone, there were no other guests, there was only someone who seemed to be from the maintenance department, at the front office it seemed that the only person who greeted me was the security guard, when I checked in and entered the room, the hotel's location was indeed in a highland area but in my room there was a lot of animal feces that made my family uncomfortable, then I contacted the front office number that was given but I had called several times but there was no answer, I went downstairs to the front office but there was no one at all then I went back and waited until around 18.30 then I checked out, I handed over the room key to the security guard and my ID card was also with the security guard I was very disappointed with the service I received

Alhamdulillah, the atmosphere is pleasant and cool got Superior room No. 5 comfortable and cool there is Android TV, strong Wifi signal (because the modem is in room 4), clean and fast water, water heater ON, AC also works well cold cold the best thing is this Superior Room, direct view to the pool and pine trees, the night atmosphere looks out to the street, I swear it reminds me of an old school movie There is a shop across the location so it's easy if you need urgent needs The staff and employees are friendly, Someah hade ka semah...

Stayed during a long weekend, greeted by the crowd of single organs.. fortunately only until 15.30. The staff is very friendly. Fun playing in the clear and fast-flowing river, must be careful not to be careless. The family room is quite spacious, during the day it is a bit hot because there is no AC and at night it is not too cold. Suggestions: - fix the water heater, - provide a small refrigerator - provide room slippers, - provide tea not just coffee, - provide a mirror outside the bathroom and clothes hangers in the closet

I've been on vacation here twice. The staff is responsive, in my opinion the superior room is the most comfortable, the lighting is okay, the view of the swimpool, there is a king bed/double bed. The drawback is that the water heater sometimes goes off and the water from the shower is quite small, if it clashes with an event from outside the sound is quite disturbing to the room, the wifi is a little disruptive in the rainy season, in the summer there are lots of bees, there are lots of ants on the balcony, but it's okay, it's still understandable because the location still has lots of vegetation and highlands. But you can go on a tour of the river for free as much as you like, there are lots of choices for the swimpool from children to adults, the food is delicious, the vibes are very cool and fresh in the village, perfect for healing.
