I really like Da Nang, the people are friendly and the prices are very reasonable. I will come back many times.

I booked for 3 days but today is Monday. I feel the room is clean, fragrant, quiet. After 1 day, the staff came in to clean it. Okay 10 points

Friendly and enthusiastic staff. The hotel door is not locked, convenient for late guests who do not have to wait, but can enter by themselves, but there is still someone watching carefully to ensure safety. The bedroom and bathroom are clean, fully equipped with essential toiletries.

The staff is very enthusiastic in supporting tour booking and travel instructions.

Small, old room. The shower gel dispenser was broken, the shower gel was liquid as if water had been poured in, no soap. Towels, pillows, and bed sheets were old and discolored. Room amenities were lacking, such as an electric kettle.

The room is clean, fragrant and tidy. The price is okay, but the soundproofing is not very good. Right near the dragon bridge.

Hotel was nice and clean but the room I had is too small for family room. This hotel was near night market and food stall.

Giá phòng rẻ, diện tích rộng, nội thất cũng đẹp. - Điểm trừ ở đây là nhân viên ở front desk chưa niềm nở lắm, khách vào check in cũng không chào, cười, ngồi ở sau quầy bị che mặt. Phòng thì mọi thứ đều tốt ngoại trừ chăn ga cũ, dưới ga có tóc. Do vào Đà Nẵng ở chỉ để đi ăn cưới nên mình không có ở nhiều nên tạm bỏ qua vấn đề này.

When I booked the room, I looked at the pictures and saw that there was a window, in the Room Facilities section, it was also clearly noted that there were Blackout drapes / curtains. But when checking in, the room is small, the toilet is very small and there is absolutely no window. Family room for 4 people without a window is very stuffy. Booked Family room many times and this was my worst experience.
