The reception is not 24 hours, I can't stay because there is no receptionist.

The AC wasn't cold enough. The sheets and pillowcases were dirty. The description stated there was a water heater, but in reality, there wasn't one. There was no information on where to pick up breakfast or whether it would be delivered. In other hotels, it's usually all-you-can-eat. Maybe next time, it could be improved. Overall, it's not bad, although it wasn't worth it.

Not for long stays. Rooms are hot, no TV.

The hotel staff was friendly, but the facilities were still lacking, the bed sheets had stains, there was no hot water, no TV, poor wifi, the lights were not bright enough, the hotel corridors were too dim, the hotel food lacked taste and made me have a stomach ache.

The studio staff are friendly, but the facilities need to be improved.

Night time staff is not very responsive. I booked two room suites, one had no TV, and the other had a TV with no signal. The toilet was not properly cleaned and was still dirty. During check-in, the staff was very welcoming.

TV gak bisa hidup, AC tidak ada remote, air panas gak terasa, di bawah meja banyak rumah laba laba. Tapi makanannya lumayan.

Tidak ada resepsionis yang stand by. Sudah dipanggil berkali kali tidak ada yang keluar. Nunggu lama untuk check in. Kamarnya kotor, di atas kasurnya ada taik cicak, sprei seperti tidak diganti. Karena di atas bantal ada rambut rontok. Lantainya tidak disapu, tissue tidak direfil. Water closeth jorok. Pas mau checkout juga tidak ada orang.

Kalah saing dengan hotel lain, membuat kualitas hotel sangat di luar dugaan. Semoga berbenah dan meningkatkan kualitasnya lagi.

Very satisfied, the room was spacious, comfortable, cold, only last night when I checked carefully the pillow case was dirty and immediately asked for a new one, I immediately replaced it 🥰 The point is that even though this hotel is small, the service and comfort are really top notch.
