This was a last minute booking. As you can pay with credit card. However on arrival they didn't believe my booking was paid. Even when I check out. They still ask for payment. The photos are probably when hotel was first opened as in person currently. It 's very run down and not maintained. Overall the whole hotel is very dirty. Most people take the elevator but I took stairs and they were dirty with trash and never mopped. The room was not properly swept especially under the bed. Old broken remotes for TV/air conditioning. If it wasn't for location I would not have booked many days at this hotel. Also was disturbed by local police who do random checks at hotels in city. Apparently I common practice in Vietnam hotels. Bad service on check in and check out for proof of payment. Look else where unless you just need a place for 1 night.
