Only 1 roll of toilet tissue. 1 set towels xtra charge for xtra set. Water spray pressue dangerously high (fixed quickly) only issued 1 key card had to ask for 2nd. Two floor drains in bath room smelled bad. Safe not secured. Room service adds 30 % to menu prices, took 1 hour to get get a greek salad, pork belly and rice (tastes good) 787php. Mattress and air conditioner are good. TV only 3 working stations. Pay stations and streaming available.

There was a power interruption on September 17 which started around 8:00 AM, there's no generator and no response from anyone in the hotel. The phone is not working. We are situated on the 35th floor. I am 6 months pregnant and had 2 kids in the room. I am also claustrophobic and I was not able to breathe properly. I almost died. When I called their front desk, they said only the maintenance team can turn on the generator and the only way to compensate us is to have a late check out until 6 PM. Called again to ask for an ETA as to when electricity will be back or when the generator will be fixed but they said, electricity will come back at 4:00 PM and the only way to check out is to go down all the way from 35th floor to their lobby. Instead of waiting to die due to no ventilation in the room, we're hesitant to open the window too because we have 2 kids and I am scared that they will open the windows and play around the balcony. So we went down all the way from the 35th floor to their lobby carrying our kids and our things. This is so impossible only to find out that there is no generator being fixed and they only said sorry. I usually don't make any reviews but this one is an exemption because up until now, my feet have swollen and I cannot move due to me going down the emergency stairs from the 35th floor to ground. I cannot do anything. Huhuh why would they let a hotel operate without a working.
