The directions to the check-in counter are quite clear, located behind KK Mart. However, there's no visible signage reading "Greystone...", which can be a bit confusing for guests arriving at odd check-in times like mine. I arrived a little past the check-in time directed by the manager (past midnight due to a delayed flight). However, the manager's WhatsApp contact information at the counter was prompt and clear, so I had no trouble checking in and getting to the apartment. The only consumables in the room are mineral water, body soap, and hand soap. Therefore, it's best to bring your own toiletries and food/drinks (including cutlery) if you plan on staying longer and need to eat/drink in your room.

Overall, it was a good stay. The hotel's location is convenient.

I use the services here regularly. Sabrina is the best at the front desk. Polite, good service, and she's lovely. If you want to see her, you have to check in at night, because I don't usually see her during the day.

It's completely different from the photos, a total scam. The walls were moldy. The pillows were blackened, and the air conditioning was blowing hot air instead.

Everything ok. Only the problem is the parking, need to pay for parking.

Very disappointed get a bad room. This hotel use to be a very good hotel but unfortunately they didn't maintain it well.

staying is good but the problem is when i stay,the elevator working only one out of 3,makes waiting a lot going up or down and the receiptionist doesnt work at 24hours so u need to get your deposit earlier or u wont get it cause u are a foreigner if u have lots of luggage or boxes of course would be trouble cause theres no trolley to get you around

The room is not soundproof at all, i could hear people laughing even fighting at 3am in the morning in the coridor. other than that everything is good.

Good location, clean okay rooms, fast access, close to everywhere, close to the toll road, in the center of Petaling Jaya, lots of neighborhood & easy to find food.

The location is quite good, but it's quite quiet, so it's a bit creepy, and the elevator doors are difficult to close. The room was a bit dusty and not very clean, but it was fully equipped, with a refrigerator, hairdryer, and even an iron.

Parking is not included and expensive, everything else is okay.

The check-in process was a bit complicated, because the client needed an internet connection to complete the check-in process. The room was quite clean. The bathroom was quite neat, but the hot water was lacking. Towels, soap, shampoo and a foot mat were provided. There was no toothbrush. Luckily there was a 24-hour minimarket downstairs. Overall, if you just need a place to stay overnight, Greystone Centerstage is quite comfortable.
