Very excellent, very comfortable.

All good, except they serve pork at breakfast and didn't separate the cutlery. So it is a consideration to visit again as a muslim

The staff are all very friendly and helpful and they all seem to care about the guests. The room service food was delicious at a reasonable price, the breakfast buffet was delicious. Our moment staying there was amazing, I would stay there again if I go to Semarang next time.

A pleasant stay experience...a very complete hotel and very child-friendly because there are many play facilities for children, all the staff are friendly and very helpful, the breakfast menu has many varieties and all taste good....most impressed with the service of Mr. David, my child has a bit of difficulty eating breakfast, he offered several foods that the children might like...thanks Mr. David also to all the restaurant staff, the bedroom and bathroom are also clean, and the equipment is complete there is an iron, hairdryer, coffeemaker...anyway, thank you Padma...always be successful and hopefully it will continue to survive with the services and facilities that are already there

All staff are friendly, starting from security, front desk, bellboy, restaurant staff, pool staff. Complete children's facilities, in 2 different places. Nice pool, and equipped with pool slides and in 2 different places. Complete amenities, good lighting not dim, sanitation and hygiene are okay. Only sushi is lacking (my child did not want to eat it even though he is a sushi lover and when I tried it it felt cold like it had just come out of the refrigerator/chiller, the choice of filling or topping variants needs to be more attractive). The shoulder massage is okay. After service is pleasant. Recommended for revisit.

The hotel staff are all very friendly, the hotel is comfortable, cool and clean, the breakfast menu is all very delicious. Just a note for the shower water pressure in the bathroom so that it can be made stronger. Thank you. But overall very comfortable. Will come here again if visiting Semarang.
