We stayed at the Comfortable Studio. We were very grateful to the owner for allowing us to check in early because we landed before 3 pm in Penang. The owner was kind and responsive. The unit also matched the photos shown on the Traveloka app. We enjoyed our stay here and felt comfortable. The location is very strategic, right next to Gleneagles Hospital Penang and there is a Wellings pharmacy, supermarket, and Starbucks. It is also close to other hospitals in Penang, such as Penang Adventist Hospital.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Room, cleanliness, location... everything [was] just perfect and accommodating.

Highly recommended place to stay, located in Mansion One building, next to Gleneagles hospital and within walking distance to Gurney Bay area. Easily accessible. The apartment unit itself was nice, clean, and looked exactly like in the pictures with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. It was also spacious enough to accommodate 5 adults. Easy self checked-in and out process. The owner, Michael, was also nice & very responsive. He provided necessary information, SOP, and manual for the unit very well. Overall, it was such a smooth and pleasant stay for me. Will come back for sure. Thank you.

Excellent place to choose, especially for big families! We booked this place for medical appointments but nevertheless, if we do come again just for leisure, this place will be perfect as well. Location is also great, right beside the Gleneagles Hospital and only a few mins from the Island Hospital. The host was also responsive and helpful. Definitely recommended for families to stay here. One minor suggestion is to add a universal adapter for electricity.

The information was very clear from the start of booking, provided via WhatsApp with detailed instructions. Check-in and check-out were the easiest ever. Strategically located, just a minute from Gleneagles for the MCU. There's a 24-hour convenience store and Starbucks downstairs. Next time I visit Penang, I'll definitely stay at Mansion One MJ. 👏
