I arrived at night and parking was available but the parking area was quite dark with minimal lighting. Check in was smooth and easy. There's only one lift to go up to the levels from the lobby and it's a slow and small lift. It has long hallways leading up to the room and the room itself had a very strong laundry soap odour. Wouldn't say it's bad but not great either. The room was quite underwhelming as it is quite different to what is advertised in the pictures. Plus side to this is the roti canai during the breakfast was really tasty and delicious. Check out was smooth and easy as well.

Staff very friendly. This is my second visit with my family.

Hotels have a calm and nice view, staff very polite and helpful, room very comfortable, food is a variety and I will repeat again.

Nice hotel, cuma bilik air water pump slow kadang-kadang, jadi tak de air, kena tutup balik dan buka balik.

Perfect accommodation for family with kids.
