We stayed for 6 nights in May in an essence room and its one of the best experiences of a city centre hotel we have had.

Great location in the old town walking distance to everywhere. Comfortable and quiet rooms with good soundproofing and air con. Bar on the roof is lovely for a sundowner. Breakfast was excellent quality in an excellent location overlooking the city, with great juices, cava and eggs cooked to order. Well worth to add to your room as a really chilled experience to start the day. Staff were amazingly helpful and even organised a cake and cava for my birthday unexpectedly. Guest services manager Noria went the extra mile.

The staff was attentive and property was as described. The rooftop bar provided great views and food/drink service was exceptional. I look forward to staying here again.

very professional and convenient for walking the primary tourist area

The location is central and wonderful, and the breakfast is abundant and has lots of variety. The staff is excellent. The rooms are small for the price point but the bed is comfortable and it is very clean. The bathroom needs to be redone as the fixtures need to be modernized. It is a nice hotel overall.

Great manager and staff , I had a situation where I make a reservation and later I have to cancel it and leave the city the manager give the staff a permission to refund me my funds , also I would like to thank the guy at the reception this morning who step up to meet the manager to ask her to refund me my money which is she agreed to do , great hotel in everything I really recommend it to everybody who would like to come to Malaga .

Staff were very nice and helpful, the breakfast was good and with a nice view at the rooftop. The rooms were clean and the best part was the toilet seat with all the bells and whistles. I need one of those at home!!

Outstanding experience for a mother preteen daughter getaway. The staff was professional, warm and resourceful. The rest was all amazing from the safe and ideal location to the room +++ for soundproof windows. Already looking forward to our next stay with my husband and son too!

The best place to live and enjoy Every moment

Honestly, the customer service is amazing, beyond excellent. I’ve stayed in multiple 5 star hotels and this hotel’s customer service is by far the best. Excellent location, nice rooms and a really good breakfast. Parking is near by and staff helps you with your luggage to and from. Overall great stay!

Great hotel with comfortable roof top terrace. Great location in the bustling old town, walking distance to pretty much everything you’d want to do/see in Malaga within the city.

A wonderful city centre hotel that ticks all the boxes for location, style and friendly staff. The breakfast is good and you can sit on the terrace overlooking the cathedral. The only drawback is that there is no pool, but it is a 10 minute walk from the port/beach.

El hotel parece pequeño pero las habitaciones son muy cómodas. Nos encanto la habitacion con balcon a la calle Larios, sin embargo, no se escuchaba ruido del exterior. Los empleados son super atentos. Su ubicacion es espectacular, cerca del puerto, la Alcazaba, la Catedral, los taxis, de todo. Volveremos!

Great Saff … nice location very clean rooms

Honestly, I was really looking forward to this stay and was disappointed. The first floor is extremely loud if you’re facing the main street and you can hear people walking on the floor above you. When I complained about the noise from above and the people next to me along with the street, the staff asked me if I tried closing the window, I did. Also, I emailed asking about finding pool/beach chairs and was told that I could ask upon arrival. There was no pool.

Absolutely wonderful boutique feel hotel in the very heart of the city. Also the staff were fabulous. Each member of the team were friendly, helpful and courteous. Lovely little rooftop bar. If we had been longer than one night we would have eaten but had a great couple of beers and views. The rooms are beautifully done and spotlessly clean. You have a wonderful hotel. Bar it have a great view and the staff of reception very friendly

Fantastic property in a superb location. Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was spotless with everything you could need. We used the breakfast and bar area and both were good with lovely rooftop views. Highly recommend. Only slight issues was a slight drainage issue in the room (sink and shower slow to drain).
