Very nice and clean room, but a bit on the small side. Really good location and close to everything within Old Quebec City....many great restaurant options, including the 2 onsite restaurants that have fantastic menus.

Wonderful building, beautiful room, and prime location! It was a perfect base for us to explore the city on foot. There is nightlife on the street so there was some noise - it wasn’t an issue for us but might not be the best fit if you’re traveling with children/light sleepers

We had such a great stay. There is no concierge on site but the staff check on you and are easily available by text. The room is beautiful and the hotel is located within easy walking distance to Old Town and on a street with lots of great restaurants. Hoping to come back soon! Thank you.

On the positive side, the hotel was very clean, modern, warm and had updated room. The bathroom was great with high-end finishes. While there was no physical staff member at the front desk which would have been preferred, the team was quick to respond and assist via text message. The major thing to note is that the hotel is smack in the middle of the night club scene in town. If you are 18 to 21 years old and have come to party until 3 a.m., this is the spot for you. Otherwise, you may want to avoid this location. There will be kids lining the streets below, taking shots, yelling, being rowdy, getting into fights, and doing exactly what drunk 18 year olds do. Inside the hotel, the party doesn't stop, as you can hear the people and the music from the club loud and clear. Sleeping with my phone playing white noise did manage to mask the sound enough to make it bearable, and the bed being extremely comfortable certainly helped.

Superbe hotel boutique. Ultramoderne dans un immeuble historique. Domotique dans toute l'unité. Localisation centrale sur la Grande Allée et insonorisation supérieure. Service à la clientèle très proactif.

This property does not have a reception desk or anyone on site most of the time (I knew that when I booked). But, I received a text everyday from the management to check if I needed anything - and, if I responded about needing something, they were responsive and positive. Also, I was supposed to receive housekeeping services every 2-3 days but the housekeeper came in everyday to make up the room.

The hotel does not have a concierge and so you need to call or text them when you have questions. It's a little inconvenience if you have issues. My room does not have bottled water even I've been told so, and there is also a issue when I was parking. The properties are pretty good. The room has high-quality AC and bidget.

Parking was a bit far. No desk staff was strange feeling. Room was far smaller than it appeared online.

Hotel staff was very responsive of welcoming us before trip via text message and checking in every day with us. Although slight problem will security lock, they sent staff to give us physical keys as small boutique hotel without front desk. At night club nearby was noisy as could hear music, but overall very convenient location and clean room and definitely would stay here again.

We were not informed that the summer festival was right in front of the hotel. We were not able to drive close to hotel, had to carry luggage around and park far away which would have been ok if the hotel had informed us. Needless to say that it was very loud. It smelled like sea food the next morning because there is a fish restaurant on the ground floor.

From check in to check out everything was digital. Make sure your phone is charged as the codes to get into the building and your room are sent to your email. I recommend writing them down on a small card in case your phone runs out of battery while there. When we needed to contact customer service, someone was always available and replied right away. The restaurant is very good, the price point is high, but I recommend it for a nice dining experience. We had drinks just about every night on the terrace out front, and dinner one evening. The service and food were exceptional. The street is closed off to cars during certain hours. If you plan to take a cab or uber factor in that you may have to walk to the end of the street to catch one if they can't come up to the hotel. The hotel is easy walking distance to the Plains of Abraham and St. Joan of Arc Gardens. There are many restaurants and bars along the street. If you are sensitive to noise at night, I was able to hear street noise, but it did not keep me from being able to sleep. When weather is good you can walk to Lower Quebec. The stairs were fine for us going down, but we opted to take the Funicular back up. Wonderful, clean, and very convenient to local attractions. Highly recommend.
