Serene surroundings with excellent facilities and space. Love the heated pool.

The best thing about the property is the rooms are cozy and nice. Theres no free chairs at the small pool where half of the pools are 3 feet or less. Foods are mediocre at best, Service from restaurant is horrible, Rude and no manners. Unless you speak perfect Korean or Chinese , I would recommend you go somewhere in Jungmun Area, where staffs are able to speak English and have hospitality mind. Worst experience from the property with 5 stars.

Very lovely spot on Jeju to explore the west side of the island. It has an amazing pool, massive breakfast buffet, and clean rooms. Only one thing was a bit weird that we had to pay to rent big pool towels and the sunbed at the pool for extra charge. But they provide smaller towels you can use instead and there a a few chairs on the pool deck you can put your stuff on, but there aren’t that many and it looks very messy with the amount on clothes in the chairs as the sunbeds are not used… But again, this is a very nice hotel with good amenities and would come back again.

가격대비 전반적으로 관리잘되어잇고 부대시설고 훌륭했습니다. 다만 객실에 곰팡내같은 의문의 냄새가 나는데 대체 그게뭘까요? ㅠㅠ 비염러인 남편이 거의 숨를 못쉬고 재채기를 해댓습니다 개선이 필요할것 같아요~

아침 식사 장소가 매우 훌륭했으며 수영장도 잘 관리되고 있었습니다. 다만 수영장과 숙박 시설 사이가 멀어 미리 안내가 주어졌으면 좋겠습니다.

객실이 깨끗하고 넓었습니다. 방에서 보는 뷰도 좋았습니다.

수영장 기억이 너무 좋아서 재방문했는데 음악이 90년대 촌스러운 테크노같은게 계애애애애애애속 나와서 깼어요. 음악 너무 괴롭.. 놀다보면 바뀌겠지 했는데 비슷한게 계속 나오더라고요? 수영장 때문에 간거였는데 저녁에도 계석 같은음악 상태ㅠㅠ 수영장은 좋았지만 음악이 괴로워서 오래놀진 못했어요. 클럽스타일 연출하고 싶다면 그냥 유투브에 아무 DJ나 검색해도 지금 음악보단 좋을거 같은데요.. 헬스장도 이용했는데 헬스장 음악 수영장에서 틀면 좋을거같았어요. 직원분들 친철하고 숙소도 좋고 다 좋은데 수영장 때문에 간게 컸어서 음악으로인해 아쉬움이 많이 남았습니다.

깨끗한 객실과 아침식사가 아주 좋아요. 전체적으로 가성비가 좋습니다. 숙박 추천 드려요.

항상 그랬듯이 매우 훌륭한 숙박시설이었고, 모든 면이 만족스러웠습니다.

아침식사는 가격대비 괜찮은 수준.수영장은 기온 관계로 실내만 사용했는데,목욕탕 수준... 주변 편의시설이 가장 문제...

아침식사는 별로였어요. 빵종류는 다양했지만 한식 메뉴가 많이 없어서 어르신 입맛에는 그냥저냥이었습니다
