Me encantó. Todo es igual a las fotos. Es un apartamento con la comodidad de un hotel. Es bien seguro. El personal de seguridad en la entrada son muy amables. La terraza es espectacular. Lo recomiendo al 100% y seguro que regresaré en el futuro. Gracias!

The room was very poorly maintained, there were scratches all over walls, dirty sheets, a weird smell in bathrooms, shower nozzle clogged spraying unevely, and a very suspicious stain on the couch... contacted support and they went to go change the sheets the next day, but "were working" on all other issues. It's marked as 4 stars, and felt more like a Motel 6 experience.

Room was clean with all the necessary tools. Staff was very nice and acomodating. It is noisy being in front of a big avenue but manageable.

Es una zona que tiene todo, restaurantes, tiendas, ideal para poder caminar. Yo vine por trabajo y los espacios me funcionaron muy bien.

En lo personal sentí que fue una estancia bastante tranquila y mi cama y baño estaban impecables :)

Muy agradable para poder estar con la familia si es que van acompañados. El trato por parte del staff siempre estuvo a la altura.

Excellent staff. Space satisfactory. Apartment is tired and requires attention. No insect screens and no a/c. Blinds are not correct size and do not keep light out at night. Lounge requires black out blinds also as the light from Sam’s Club is exceptionally bright. Main bedroom only has 1 bedside lamp and 2nd bedroom has no bedside lamps and only 1 bedside table. Also only 1 power outlet and it was located on the other side of the room. Door handle on 2nd bathroom hanging off. Knob on washing machine or dryer missing. Seal on fridge door coming off. Kitchen countertop was dirty. No tissues. No kitchen towel for drying dishes. Main bathroom door doesn’t fully open. Finally the elevator was out of service and only told a couple of days before. We were on the 5th floor! My wife is 70, I am 79, so it was bad for us .

El lugar es muy lindo, espacioso y con todo lo que necesitas en tu estadía en Cdmx, tanto por trabajo como de turista. El personal super amable y la ubicación excelente.

Todo limpio y ordenado. Solo no sabía que había cafetera, pero no tazas y me quedé con ganas de tomarme un café!

We booked a three-bedroom apartment at ULIV because it was close to the Canadian embassy, where we had an appointment. My son and I arrived late, and since I had never been to Mexico City before, I wasn't sure what to expect. I must say that the apartment was very spacious and clean, and the staff were extremely helpful. I did encounter a minor situation when I got locked in the bathroom due to a faulty lock. However, the staff responded quickly and came equipped with tools to help me get out. When we were leaving, they arranged a taxi to the airport for my son and me, and they even covered the cost related to the bathroom incident. I thought it was very kind of the manager to do that. I would like to express my gratitude and highly recommend staying at ULIV in Polanco.

Excellent location and beautiful apartment for a short stay. The stove doesn't work very well, even though I didn't use it that much, when I needed it, it didn't work. Other than that, it's a great place.
