The facility was nice but checking with the access codes for the gate and rooms can be daunting. There were no consistently available for communication issues on-site

The apartment itself is nice and has many of the items you would want to cook. They did include some usual items like coffee, teas, shampoo/conditioner, and soap. I can confirm it can get loud around the premise, mostly drunk people walking by or cars speeding by. I would not recommend this location for a light sleeper. I throughly enjoyed my stay though and would stay again.

Will not stay at the property in the future due to no parking. Overall place was nice

The property was nice, but the bar next to the hotel played loud music until 1 or 2 AM every night. I couldn't rest well during my entire stay.

Room was really nice, unfortunately there is no parking so you have to find parking on the street. It's very noisy late at night also.

The property was basically an apartment. It was very clean and modern. Checking in and out was easy. There was a local bar nearby that got loud but it wasn’t loud enough to bother me while sleeping.

Place was great... All codes worked. Parking was rough. We saw reviews of parking by a bar. Well you have to pay 25 per day and then in the morning the guy renews you and charges an extra 10 Dollars because they renew. There are no instructions and no help in this matter you are on your own. Other than that its great!

Parking was atrocious! Sonder does not mention they have no parking. They only mention to use the premium parking app. In order to stay, expect extra expenses because of parking. It was like $75 for a day and a half for parking. Plusreserve parking is a hit or a miss. Sometimes you have to walk a couple blocks from your reserved parking. Other then that, everything was good except the water pressure is bad.

Everything was perfect. Only thing probably that needs attention is the bed headboard needs some deep cleaning

The Sonder exceeded expectations! We did get a free room upgrade, so unsure how different the room we paid for would have been like. But the 2 bedroom was modern, clean and luxurious. The location is right next to great bars, shops and restaurants. Although outside was lively, the room was well insulated making it quiet and peaceful. Metered parking is kind of a pain. I’d recommend bringing an eye mask if you like to sleep-in, the rooms do fill with light at sunrise with all the windows.

Of course, being a traveler new to the area, I did not know there was a nightclub next-door. I should have realized something was up when I saw two sets of earplugs on the nightstand when I first came into the apartment. The music was so loud and vibrated the entire building. I even heard it with my earplugs in. It was impossible to sleep until 2 AM after the club shut down.

I was never given any access details so I had to purchase a new hotel.

It was cute n cozy. Bed was comfortable. It was close to the venue for the concert I went to. No parking. So that was a bit hard. Not being from this area, it was hard to figure everything out. But we managed. But the stay was nice.
