They don't have a receptionist. You should check in yourself. A bit confused since I arrived tired and had to deal with the check-in process. The apartment is next to a graveyard which makes me a bit uncomfortable.

Last night after returning to the hotel, we were very surprised because someone had entered our room. Not for cleaning (because it 's still very messy) but our suitcases have been opened and things are in the wrong place. Please check your CCTV and make sure this incident doesn't happen again!

Very clean, modern and quiet.

Highly recommended stay. Comfortable, clean, quite spacious for 3 people, looked new and modern. Complete enough facilities, especially for the washing machine and clothes dryer (in the shower room) are very helpful. There's elevator to go up. Close to supermarket (very affordable groceries) and some convenient stores. Not far from station. Will stay here if going to Osaka again.
