Es un hotel muy bonito aunque no más bonito que el aeropuerto AIFA que es una chulada y la gente ahí es muy amable.El transporte del aeropuerto al hotel es eficiente. Gracias.

Excellent location for Felipe Angeles airport. I received a warm welcome from Alexis on reception. The hotel is contemporary and very comfortable, perfect for a night’s stay. Everywhere is spotless. My room is spacious. The free shuttle to the airport is a bonus.

I flew in to the AIFA airport from Houston and then caught another flight to Tulum on the next day. So much to like about this hotel. Very safe, fully staffed, super-clean, very comfortable, walking distance to airport lobby, though a free shuttle is available. The outdoor areas are awesome for walking around going for a stroll. I highly recommend this hotel.

El cuarto amplio y las camas súper cómodas, me encantó la regadera lo único malo es que se sale el agua por la ranuras de la puerta por el tipo de puerta que tienen pero todos lo demás excelente, mi estancia fue muy cómoda y pude descansar bien para poder seguir mi viaje de ahí me transportaron al aeropuerto.

Overall great stay, all new and clean rooms, but there’s no clear signaling from the airport and had to figure out by asking several times how to walk over to the hotel,

Everything was fine with my stay. I checked in late and had an early flight the next morning. The room was basic but clean and comfortable enough. Unfortunately when I turned on the AC the ventilation brought a horrible smell of sewer in the night. It was so strong that it woke me up. Really disgusting.

Close to airport

The facility is new and everything is clean and works. Handicap room was excellent in every way. Service to and from airport was also excellent. There is nothing near the hotel except the airport. It's 22 miles to most activities. Too far to do much and a $60 taxi ride, one way
