Good location - spacious room - comfortable - poor breakfast - not 4 star standard

Had a pleasant stay at The Royal Park Canvas Ginza Corridor. The room were clean, comfortable, and we really enjoyed with lcd projector type TV & nice sound system. However my only issue was during check in, as the staff keep waited until I personally approached them at after 3pm. As we have waiting at the lobby (opposit the check in counter) for few hours. Otherwise everyting was smooth & I wpuld consider staying here again.

Have stayed in several Royal Park hotel (Haneda and Sannomiya) these Royal Parks were awesome and kind. But this time my request wasn't noticed. Requested a bit of view from the window, but the hotel placed me on room 505. Nothing to see. Just alley and slum building. If it were on 7 or 8th floor, there were probably more sunlight. On room 505, Didn't get much sunlight. The first 4 breakfast they only provided the same menu over and over again, and the fifth day suddenly there was a 5 selections offered to the guests. Why didn't they offer it before? The room was dusty. Several times rubbish were there inside elevator for hours and nobody from the hotel seemed to care. I am just confused this hotel ' s name is Royal but nothing seems royal … I should have booked the other royal park canvas in Ginza, not the corridor one.

The hotel is clean, strategically located near the station, easy to find food 👍.

The room was spacy compared to other hotels at same price. Although there is no bathtub, the shower is equipped with bluetooth speaker and sounds amazing. Overall a very nice stay in Royal Park Canvas Ginza Corridor.

All good, Staffs are so friendly and care, near to Branded Shopping Center, 711, Donqui, and near Station and Narita Airport Bus Halte. Overall, we love to staying in The Royal Park Canvas-Ginza Corridor. Thankyou =).
