Loved the rooms and the retro and new styling!!

Room was very nice, and is one of biggest we’ve stayed in while travelling Europe.

Access simple, check in fast easy;

A good location, close to the centre of town. Nice room, and good breakfast. The shower was particularly good.

Hotel was a little hard to find needs a bigger sign , reserved parking was great, breakfast was alittle basic, for the cost.

Lovely little town and I’ll be sure to visit again

Average hotel, no airco with 35 degrees, so had to open the doors and windows and since it’s built on the ground floor every guest that passed could see you sweating in the room. Staff doesn’t smile they can also be abrupt by hanging up on you but that’s probably because of the language barrier even though I understand french. Room size and cleanliness are good, the bathroom door needs fixing though it kept falling off. Overall average, smiles and friendliness would make a big difference.

Spa is a lovely little town and the prices of hotels generally is expensive. This hotel was reasonably priced compared to others. It was fairly well located at one end of the town and only 5 minutes walk to the centre. Room was decent size with good facilities and nice and clean. Wifi was good. Service was efficient. I would certainly stay again. The only minor issue is that there is no air conditioning and when I stayed it was very hot during the day.

We stayed one night en route to Germany. The hotel was easy to find, clean and comfortable, with its own small car park at the back. The rooms are "motel" style - opening directly out onto a small garden. The walkway to the main building is partly covered but outdoor, so not ideal in the middle of winter. The room also lacked privacy and had no view. Otherwise generally good. We didn't eat there so cannot comment on the food.

It was a very comfortable hotel, short walking distance to the Spa, main shopping centre, just opposite the Museum, good chinese restaurant very nearby. The breakfast was great! We had a great time there in Spa!

Excellent séjour de quatre nuits. Accueil, service, propreté, calme, toutes les conditions sont au maximum de qualité. Merci à l'ensemble du personnel pour sa disponibilité et sa réactivité.

Chambre et salle de bain très propre, bien insonorisée, lit très confortable.

Luxe kamer, goede bedden, prachtige badkamer zeer schoon en alles nieuw en mooi materiaal. Hele prettige warme service en een werkelijk top restaurant. Enige min punt voor ons: als je met open ramen wil.slapen ervaar je minder privacy, doordat ze alleen openen naar het gangpad en de kleine court.

Achter de façade van het oude hotel is iets prachtigs neergezet. Prima prijs/kwaliteit.

Service et accueil impeccable. Parking juste à côté. Petit dejeuner buffet nickel. Les chambres sont vieillissantes. Pas de prise électriques près du lit. Téléphone fixe pas branché et lumières de lit qui ne fonctionnent pas.
