Excellent hotel and amazing staff!

We had a great experience all around. Friendly and helpful staff, the place was as pictured nice and clean, very comfortable for 3 people. Location was great, walking distance to main attractions, shopping and restaurants and it felt safe even at night. We loved the complimentary breakfast provided every morning. Overall highly recommended

Arcade hotel was a lovely place to stay. Staff was lovely and so helpful and willing to answer our questions. Even prior to booking, they were incredibly helpful, fast to respond, and had my family perfectly set up with the beds we needed for our stay. They booked transfers to and from the airport. Also packed a breakfast for us since we had an early excursion and needed food. Otherwise their free breakfast includes pastries, warm (!) hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit and veg, coffee, and some Greek pastries and cheese (among other things). Simple yet satisfying and tasty food. Can’t beat the acropolis view we had either. It was near enough to a lot of places to shop while being out of the way enough that it was quiet. I would come back again if in Athens!

Such a lovely stay. So hospitable and lovely. The area we stayed was amazing as we are the so close to all the landmarks in Athens. Staff were so helpful and considerate. Would recommend

Room and bath immaculate. Staff friendly and helpful. Window opens if you don’t want heat pump operation, also in bathroom. Breakfast was very good, selection of breads, fruits, local pastry and various cheeses and meats, as well as boiled eggs.

Had a lovely few days staying at the hotel. Room was simple but had everything you need. Hotel is tucked away, but a great location, only a short walk to everything you need and all the sights. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Packed us a breakfast for when we left and helped us book a taxi. Thank you!

Friendly staff

Good gaff, little hard to find but it’s just one of those things. In the middle of a building complex, there’s a way in just have to find it. Drain behind toilet had broken and it was leaking into the bathroom but it wasn’t trip destroying just needs fixing.

Breakfasta and staff are very good! The room was "ok " - bathroom is horrible.

Tucked back in off the busy Athen's streets. Excellent staff and clean rooms.

The service at this hotel is so amazing! Had a wonderful 8 night stay and had 2 rooms. The front staff took such good care of us: emailed us before arrival, supplied extra towels, an extra room key, sandwiches for an early day trip and helped arrange a car to the airport. The included breakfast was very yummy and diverse. Would stay again!

Excellent location and the staff was superb

Great customer service and location.

Good breakfast. I had to leave early one morning before breakfast started and they were nice enough to make me a take away box.

The reception and breakfast area in same place and too small and not enough ventilation. Our transfer van can’t get close to hotel. We have to drag our luggages to street level.

This hotel is in the perfect location so convenient to most sites. Breakfast was good and staff were helpful and nice.

This hotel is close to a lot of attraction and is very walkable location. The hotel is hidden but there a lot of restaurants close by. Even a very good seafood restaurant is next door. The hotel is nice and clean. They do also offer free breakfast with a variety of different items.
