FOR THE COST I WAS VERY SURPRISED AT THE CLEANLINESS AND FRIENDLY STAFF. I just booked it last minute so wasnt expecting much but this place exceeded my expectations. Location was convenient to restaurants. Only thing was the city was doing construction on road leading to the hotel.

Very basic but I enjoyed. Ask for a corner room (mine was 19) and you kinda have a private balcony

This place was so cute and super clean! As soon we walked in it smelled clean something that is so rare. The bed was comfortable also smelled clean! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, 8 minutes from downtown and there were nearby restaurants to eat. Highly recommend

The room smelled horrible. Every time the air conditioner kicked on, an overpowering air freshener smell was expelled into the room. We left at 2 am to find another hotel. We returned to check out after one night of a 2-night stay. We paid in advance, and a refund was refused. Hotels.com was unable to get us a refund. I would never stay here again. I will never book through a third-party site again. Lessons learned.

Shower from the ceiling was weird - needs a handheld to rinse out hair. No staff in office but they were fairly quick to arrive; no microwave; couldn't figure out TV or which internet to use. No dining area or small table except folding table in room. Major traffic noise.

Other than located on the main street in the city, making it difficult to get into and out of during peak traffic hours, the facilities itself were wonderful. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.

Polite staff, helpful, parting gift, nicely updated motel and close to a variety of stores and parks.

The 2nd floor room was appreciated. The room had an overwhelming smell of freshener. It was overpowering. We almost asked for a room change. That should be toned down.

The place was clean, staff was friendly, but the walls are paper thin. Could quite literally hear every word of conversations in the room next door. Plus we were on the ground floor, and the folks above walking around were also quite loud. Also, Flagstaff has data dead zones, and the motel wifi was awful. There were three 'available' networks, and none of them worked. Overall good bang for the buck, and I'd stay there again in a pinch, but I'd look elsewhere first.

Staff is helpful and friendly and helped us merge two reservations into one stay. Room was clean and smelled nice.
