We made reservation for two rooms. I had some question or request. They replied shortly. Excellent service. Rooms are clean. Easy online check in. We tried restaurant beside hotel last month and it was great breakfast. So we decided to stay this hotel. It was a good choice!

The staff that we talked with were all knowledgeable of the area where we were, friendly and helpful with our questions. the views of the mountains out the window got so much better just by stepping out the front door , would highly recommend a few nights here, it was an amazing stay

I loved that my dog was welcome to stay and the views are beautiful, will definitely stay here again!

This hotel was clean and quiet with all basic amenities.

Entire property was clean and well maintained.

Trying to get a hold of the front desk prior to my stay was difficult. I would call and there would be no answer, they would call me, I would answer and the line would immediately end. Was very difficult to talk to anyone prior to my stay regarding confirming my reservation and payment. Seems like rooms also need to be double checked for defects as the room I stayed in had a flickering light in the bathroom, likely just needs to replace the bulb. Otherwise, I had a great stay! The room was very nice and in close proximity to many different shops and restaurants. I would absolutely stay there again, but front desk needs to be more on top of the phones and housekeeping or hotel staff should check rooms more thoroughly between guests, would hate for someone with epilepsy to have to deal with a constant flickering light while using the washroom!

This small community of Canmore is beautiful with Banff and Lake Louise very accessable by local bus. Many restaurants, shops grocery stores within walking distance. Good happy hour's close by.

Honestly best place I’ve ever stayed! Super quiet can’t hear anyone above you, love that they have quiet time at 10pm, you can sleep in after a night out until 11am or pay extra to sleep more if needed. Very Pleasant Stay thank you guys, felt very safe staying here and tons of parking.

Walls are paper thin, bring ear plugs. Trains every hr within (1) blk. Needed to leave early, wouldn’t credit me the remaining day not there. Due to company policy. Buyer beware

Easy access, everything we needed.

Comfortable accommodations with a fireplace to add to the special touch. Enjoyed the view from our room and very relaxing atmosphere. We’d stay there again when in the area.

What a nice clean well appointed property. I stay in a lot of chain hotels and this one is top notch for a private hotel
