Excellent choice for central location in the beautiful city of Vilnius. Close to the airport (under €1 on the bus) close to all the sights, shops, restaurants and bars. Lovely friendly staff, clean, comfortable and perfect for our few days break.

Fabulous three night stay. I was made to feel welcome, great room and it had everything I needed and more. Some noise from local bars but didn’t disturb me. Fabulous location for the old town and easy to read other local areas as well as the bus and train station. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Clean, attractive decor but ineffective aircon in room and Vilnius can be warm. Breakfast tasty and adequate.

Walking distance to all city attractions, shopping, restaurants, museums. In the hotel there are no USB outlets or chargers, make sure bring your own. You have to ask for iron. Breakfast available but not included.

This property is very interesting! Clean, comfortable and in the middle of Vilnius attractions old world charm and I’m sure no two rooms are alike! Twist and turn down the maze of hallways and play a game to see if you can find your room! I mean this in a very complimentary way.

Absolutely no complaints. The location was excellent for sightseeing, restaurants, and nightlife. Despite being close to the restaurants and churches, the windows did an excellent job keeping the room quiet at night. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great (definitely worth getting). The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We came before summer, so the switch from heating to cooling systems had not yet taken place, but a member of staff brought us a fan within minutes of asking, and that handled the temperature perfectly. I would also recommend getting a room with a balcony. The view from the hotel is awesome.

There were a few problems. 1. I absolutely understand that I am in a different country but I found Lithuanians to have excellent English skills. The front desk girl did not. As such she could not understand the problems. 2. The shower would not drain properly. I had to turn it off about every 30 seconds and let it drain. Super annoying when you just want a hot shower. 3. The idea of there being an elevator is kind of a joke. We literally had to take the elevator to the third floor, then down one flight of stairs to a landing and then up two more flights of stairs. I’m pretty sure we were on floor 3.26. Then we got there it was completely dark in the hallway. Literally no lights until you got close enough to a motion sensor. The rooms require the key to turn the lights on but since the hallway lights were out it was pitch dark. We had to use our flashlights on our phones to get to the room and try to turn the lights on. Very frustrating. Oh and I should mention getting back down stairs. One very narrow set of winding stairs that are very low. Lots of fun with 100 pounds of luggage.

Close to bus and train station and the same time situated in the old city

Hotel is in the middle of old downtown in Vilnius. Excellent location, very convenient. Room was dirty and dusty, but linens were clean. . Bathroom was clocked and water was not drain , no shampoo or body Lotion. Breakfast is ok, not good as in another hotels in Vilnius.

The hotel is really nice. It’s located in old town which is a short walk to everything you’d want to visit. The staff are friendly. The place is spotlessly clean! Rooms are big and luxurious.

Lovely stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very centrally located. Train and bus station 10 mins walk away. Old town with shops, restaurants and bars on your doorstep.

Nice small hotel. But it is under reconstruction and it is noisy a little bit.

Amazing stay at St Palace Hotel, the hotel manager is very friendly and even offered us directions to Vilnius TV Tower and asked us how our experience was when we had returned. If we return to Vilnius or any friends and family decide to visit the capital, I will be recommending this amazing hotel. Very comfortable and walking distance from all the landmarks.

My wife was locked in the bathroom for an hour due to the lock breaking. The staff were quick and responsive - excellent people. The issue is that - no details to protect the honest - is that this bathroom lock breakage happens every so often. Once would not have led to this review but this was the THIRD time. No apology, nothing. She did not panic but if she had not been as strong or had been someone traveling alone - this could be a life altering experience. How such a nice hotel cannot immediately replace all bathroom locks upon the first failure is intolerable. BE CAREFUL STAYING HERE!

Excellent location for the Gate of Dawn and other beautiful churches. Near a wonderful chocolate store, AMOR. Good location but further away from the main Christmas Market. Bed was very comfortable. Room was nice and large bathroom a plus.

Extremely welcoming and friendly staff. Beautiful breakfast area. Amazing location. 5 stars!
