All communication was in Portuguese and through Expedia which delayed our ability to communicate effectively. That impacted our understanding of their policy to check in at 3pm or inform them before that time resulted in not knowing we lost our room with no refund when we arrived at 11:30pm right from airport. We called the company and language barrier was an issue, make sure to be prepared.

Maravilhoso hotel em Alphaville

The building is nice, as is the location; however, the apartment wasn't very clean—it felt like someone had just left the place, and there was a bad smell. Communication with Charlie was difficult; they sent me the key code, but I only got in after entering the third code. I had to wait nearly an hour for the right one. I will never rent an apartment from Charlie again.

Really bad

It was a horrible experience . We had molt in our room and the smell was horrible. It was cold and the Ac did not work as a heater. We got sick and plus there were bed bugs!!!!!! Do not recommend at all. Also they didn't refund or change our room

Nice place to stay

Facility needs an international staff. Noone spoke English and my Português is not so good. If I had not had a Brazilian friend with me to help with check in, communication would have been nearly impossible.

A friend who provided his email and cpf during the incheck, received a "Electronic Service Invoice" of a certain amount in Reals on his email from CHARLIE TECHNOLOGIA E ACOMODACOES LTDA. We where never informed of this in the booking or while checked in.

Location and check in is great. But, internet not support IPTV, no TV channel is not accepted,pressure water at hygienic shower toilet is terrible. Need a lot of improvement to have me again as a client

Must be review before rental. Leave the WIFI access in the room and lights…the high stand light was not working, Kitchen OK but poor casseroles .other than that it was OK.

The property is good. The management is very difficult to communicate with. They will only communicate via Whatsapp. The WIFI stopped working, after five days of not getting WIFI fixed I checked out early. I notified Charlie via Whatsapp, and I notified Hotels dot com. While I was able to communicate with Charlie, Hotels dot com says they could not reach Charlie, so they would not be able to refund the five days of my stay. I am very disappointed with all parties involved.

Somente uma observação! Tive dificuldades em acessar o sinal da TV e uma das cadeiras estão com parafusos do assento precisando de aperto o que pode ocasionar uma queda ou a quebra da própria cadeira! Convém, apertar todas elas e fazer um check final!

Apartamento está sujo, com muita coisa quebrada e avisei a própria empresa Charlie.

Não possui serviço de quarto, na tv não pega canais abertos, o controle do ar condicionado não estava no quarto. O contato com a empresa é muito ruim, a gente fica um pouco sem suporte.

A experiência já começou ruim ao abrir a porta do quarto, cheiro forte de cigarro O chão do quarto parecia úmido, não sei se tinham acabado de fazer a limpeza ou não mas não deveria ter sido feito aquele horário pois eu cheguei mais de 4h00 da manhã Outro ponto negativo é que o chuveiro de madrugada não esquenta, foi pra um evento e nos dois dias do evento eu cheguei de madrugada após as 2h00 da manhã e foi impossível tomar banho Acredito que devido ao frio a água não esquentou, nem ficou morna Tanto do chuveiro quanto dá torneira Banho somente de manhã Já tive experiência em outro quarto do Charlie que foi bem diferente, quarto mais limpo, mais novo Esse estava precisando de algumas manutenções e não parecia estar limpo

Cama desconfortável, travesseiros e jogo de cama de baixa qualidade.
