It has a good location, worth the good value of money. I will be coming back there again some time later.

The receptionist was friendly, maybe the cleanliness of the capsule was because the bed cover still had someone else's perfume smell stuck to it.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location close to 2 malls and MRT stasion. Lots of restaurans option. Unfortunately, the capsule not soundproof, you can hear clearly people chats. But overall it's a good pleasure to stay here.

okay, it's just really cold, because the hostel don't forget to bring towels and toiletries so you don't have to buy them in Malaysia again, sandals too, cheap and comfortable for your rest while traveling. The bad thing is, you can't eat in the hotel room, you can't chat freely because you have to maintain restraint

A pleasurable capsule hotel. The price is very affordable, probably the cheapest capsule hotel in KL. The location is great, it's only 2-3 store away from Seven Eleven and LalaPort Bukit Bintang and you can find cheap and delicious food around, my favorite is the cheap Malaysian burger in a stall nearby and Ha Noi Pho in Pudu. The facilities are great, they provide dining equipments, free water, social spaces and the rooftop area where you can see KL skyline, the safety is also very good, they give you card locks and that's the most important. They have paid laundry services too. The staffs are also nice and helpful. I love their austronaut style capsule, it looks very futuristic and the room space is decent, you cannot share a room with anyone though. The cleanliness is good enough although it still can be improved. They provided breakfast but not in that building but in their separate restaurant which is located nearby called Bestow Restaurant. The breakfast is very simple with limited options but the restaurant provides more interesting menu in a great price. I personally love the experience, it's fun and comfortable and would love to come back and I recommend this hotel as a great option for anyone who are looking for affordable, lively, and comfortable experience.

A very strategic hostel located behind Berjaya Time Square. For transportation, you can take the Imbi monorail which is right in front of Berjaya. There is a Seven Eleven and many places to eat too. The hostel is nice and clean. The service is very good, if I go to KL again, I will definitely stay here. The price is cheap but not cheap. There is no additional payment, only a 50RM deposit and it will be returned when checking out.

I stayed in a capsule type. Expectations and reality are very different. Will never stay in this place again. And will never recommend it. The price of 150 thousand I never expected more. But what made me upset was the room in the capsule was a bit hot. First given a capsule with a temperature of 33C I complained that it was hot. Finally changed to another capsule with a temperature of 27-30C. Complained again, their reason was because it was crowded so the room was indeed a bit hot. Wow? Imagine sleeping in a box like that with a temperature of 27-30C. I really couldn't sleep for 2 nights. There is a locker for bags but you have to bring your own padlock if you don't buy it from them. Towel rental 5 ringgit. Entrusting a bag 10 ringgit. The first time I entered the bedsheets were not changed, there was still the smell of sweat. I was too lazy to complain again. Between looking for another hotel and having already booked 2 nights.

Strategic location. Next to it is a restaurant & mini market. Walk 10 minutes to Lalaport Mall. Deposit 50RM. The minus is, this hotel is located on the 2nd floor (take the stairs 2X because you open the door straight up the stairs) and there is no elevator! So if you bring a big suitcase, it's tiring. Yesterday I brought a cabin size suitcase of less than 10kg so it was still OK. The capsule room is OK. Open the room door & capsule bed door using the card. Operation is easy. The good thing is that the 2 point Indo charger can still work even though there are 3 socket points. You get 1 socket with 2 USB plugs. Inside there is a fairly large mirror. The bed is soft. The bed sheets, pillows and blankets are clean. The AC is cool. In the room there are lockers the size of a 22 inch suitcase but you have to bring your own padlock. The bathroom is clean. There is toilet tissue, dustbin & hair dryer at the hand washing place. Other facilities include a dining room, pantry where you can wash dishes, there is a microwave & toaster. There are plates and glasses too. Can refill drinks too. Those who don't like leaving their suitcases have to pay 10RM (it's cheap, but I usually don't pay in Chinatown).

There are very noisy foreigners here. Maybe he teaches but can't calm down. And slam the door until 2am.

The capsule it 's fine, but the room for the capsule was too small, and can not much moving even for unpack the luggage too difficult due too small space in the room. But if you come as backpacker this capsule will be nice!

At first I'm searching this hotel, I using Google maps and it 's bring me into the behind building of the hotel, into an empty land, until I'm walking around and found that the hotel beside ALI restaurant, it 's a small glass door, but beside the main road. The location is strategic, walking less than 10 minutes to berjaya and around 15 minutes to bukit bintang, the bedroom and bathroom is clean, they also have hair dryer, the staff really nice and helpful, although they're still renovate their hotel but it 's very recommend to stay. Good service, okay service, clean accommodation, okay CS. The housekeeping was okay, thanks to the housekeeping who helped me, I was given a loan of 20 RM for an additional one night because I had cash and I couldn't pay via the application because the room was full.

Bestow Hostel capsule is suitable for backpackers, cheap prices, good quality. This hotel is close to Pavilion, Sungai Wang, Berjaya Town Square, Imbi, KLCC., easy access to everywhere, bus transportation, mono rail Bukit Bintang 🌟 The first 2 nights I booked this hotel 🏨, because I still wanted to enjoy the excitement in Bukit Bintang , I booked one more night.

It's quite clean, there is a 24 hour guard, please repair the prayer place so it doesn't get wet when it rains. The dishwasher should be cleaner. Please fix the broken shower hanger! Overall comfortable staying overnight here. Thanks
