Love it here !

Beds were super comfortable. Roof top pool was great, and there was entertainment Friday. Google says they offer a shuttle to Universal whixh isnt true. Also they dont have continental breakfast.

The hotel is fantastic, the roof top bar and pool area is wonderful. The food on site is the best. The staff are really good, great place to stay highly recommend. Will stay again.. Precious is an amazing front of house staff. Efficient and attentive.. love this place.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, clean, and overall I really enjoyed my stay. The ambiance was lovely and the staff was friendly. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars mainly for a couple of things that affected the experience. The lobby consistently smelled like Indian food—while not unpleasant, it's not a scent I personally enjoy in common areas throughout the day. Also, I found the prices in the lobby store to be steep—$8 for a bottle of water is even higher than what you'd find at a theme park. Another letdown was the lack of breakfast. The property was listed as having breakfast included, but there was no breakfast service—only a coffee bar with pastries and sweets that were also quite pricey. Still, the hotel itself is stylish and comfortable, and I would consider staying again if those few details were improved.

Modern and contemporary looking hotel

My stay was good, it was a Saturday evening and at about 9:00 or 9:30 the music was so loud, in the dining/bar area. I called the front desk to ask how long the music would be going, because my room was right above the bar. They said they would turn it down, which they did. Music quit about midnight. Thank you for turning it down. The area outside of the hotel grounds were dirty and questionable, with a number of empty buildings, that seem to be left for "dead". Overall, this was a very nice hotel, for the price and the rooms were clean and the staff was very attentive.

Andrew at check in was AMAZING! Property is close to plenty of amenities including the highway Carry your earplugs… Bathroom is small so doing make up there is messy. Had the worst experience on Saturday - there’s NO QUIET time at all. 6th floor was the worst 1. Restaurant next to rooms 2. Party animals talking so loud on the hallways and banging doors until 2am! Goodness! Bed is comfortable though but they need better pillows. Bathroom has a weird smell.

Front desk lady was very nice when I checked in/out, I think her name was Margarita. Overall, my stay was nice. Beds were comfortable and the rooftop restaurant was good. Will book again for my next trip.

Super convenient right off of I-drive. Super close to universal or convenient for the convention center.

Contacting the hotel is impossible

I had the worst experience staying at this hotel. this hotel did not offer hot water!!! my family and I had to shower with cold water. This is unacceptable. I asked to speak to a manager, and I was told they did not have a manager on duty front desk receptionist was extremely rude and I was not offer other options.

The towels in my room had stains on them. I ended up using a face towel to dry off. The room had a musty odor and also felt damp.

Great location. Good hotel for the price point. Had to call up for the service person to turn the hot water back on three separate times, that was a bit annoying. Fine stay as long as you don’t need anything from the hours of 4pm-8am

This hotel appears to be older than reported. The room was extremely loud due to the in-room AC unit. The bathroom automatic lights and fan stayed for more than 10 minutes after use. Additionally, rooms aren't each day and told after the fact that you need to request for service. Also, the hotel lobby because of its closeness to an Indian Restaurant spelled of garlic and curry. Not a pleasant spell at all. The shower head kept falling off the housing even after reporting to the front desk. Overall not a favorable hotel experience.

We had a language barrier from the time we checked in. They speak Indian/English or no English at all.They only clean the rooms every 3 days. We prepaid 4 nights and only stayed 3 days so our rooms were never refreshed. Since we left one day early, we were told they're policy was not to refund the 4th night. Very disappointed !!
