It was really nice. Wasn't expecting it to be that clean but it was. The workers were very nice and helpful the only thing is the room little small cause there a lot of furniture in there but it worked and was good stay all in all.

When my daughter and I arrived, the woman checking us in was very pleasant, but there was a strange sort of inappropriate conversation going on between another guest and another individual at the reception desk. The woman checking us in said "We're just joking around." either because she was uncomfortable, or because she could sense that we were uncomfortable. When we got to the room, I had to use the washroom and noticed that the spring-loaded toilet paper holder was missing and the toilet paper was sitting on the back of the toilet tank. I also noticed an unnerving off-white stain of something that dripped down the door next to the toilet. When I came out of the bathroom, my daughter showed me that the security door latch had been broken off of our door. It looked as if the door had been forced open before I recognize that a missing toilet paper holder is a small thing, but I also know that they only cost about $5. It makes you worry what else has been skimped on if you don't even replace such an inexpensive item. Well, the absence of the security door lock answered that question and now it was a matter of safety. Admittedly, when I checked out 10 minutes later, I didn't tell the receptionist about anything with the room, because the truth was that I was freaked out enough that I didn't want her to offer us another room. I just told her we had an emergency. I understand them keeping our money for that night, but they did not refund our money for the next 3 nights as well.

What we liked: the price, location, friendly staff, our fridge and microwave worked great, the sheets actually fit the beds, the quick response by the local fire dept. when alarm was triggered, and it is apparent that the owner is investing in the property. What we didn't like: a lot of stairs, our room was a bit too small for 4 people, the toilet seat was loose, a bit of blood spattered on the bathroom walls, and we had ants. Also, Expedia forgot to mention a deposit was needed: $50 on a credit card or $100 cash. Doubling the deposit amount when using cash left us leery and wondering if we would really get it back. So this worry hung over our heads during our whole trip. But, we DID get it back. If you didn't smoke or damage the room, you get your deposit back.

I can’t believe I am saying this, but this Motel, yes Motel was cleaner, more updated than most Hotels I stay in. Great staff as well! Shannon at the front desk was awesome and makes you feel welcome. Except the owner needs to get her a microwave.

The breakfast bar was always missing things, every day Ex. spoons, cream cheese, PB. The floors were pretty gross, had to wear shoes, ., Our keys only worked for one day at a time before having to get them replaced, the staff took our towels and washcloths without permission, complaining when we asked for more, was a difficult stay.

Front desk personnel was Great, the room is okay. The bed wasn't very comfortable, the room stunk like weed. More so coming from the bathroom vent, so whoever was above my room or in next room over was definitely smoking in their room. Not happy about that. It is what it is, you get what you pay for I suppose. The bathroom sink only has a trickel of water. I will not be stopping here again.

Only received maid service on last night of 5 night stay. My last night they're was yelling and loud music coming from cars that kept pulling in and leaving until 3 or 4 am. I did not find a breakfast bar, just a waffle maker and juice dispenser.

Front desk was nice, walked into room and reeked of weed. Bathroom was pretty dirty doesn’t seem like they keep up on their shower curtains being cleaned at all. Got in the room with my fiancé and two children and within 15 minutes we were on our way to a best western

Very clean, employees were very kind as is the manger Paul. The bed is super comfortable and love the fact that the room comes with a refrigerator and microwave. I will definitely recommend Red Roof Inn in Bradley Illinois
