Very good value for money

Nice staffs, clean and modern

The hotel staff was ver helpful Javi o Javier helped us book taxi pick up early in the morning and he also helped us when our luggage's were delivered to the hotel after the airline lost our luggage's. Overall the location was great easy to get to restaurants and attractions the streets were quiet so we were able to sleep well

Room is very comfortable, shower is leaking all over the floor. The biggest disappointment with this hotel was the breakfast we paid for. There was nothing to eat. Lots of bread and cold cuts, plain cereal, yogurt and fruits. Eggs were gone in seconds, people were arguing over it. I recomnded the hotel, just don’t waste money on breakfast

First of all, this hotel is not central at all. I booked because it stated it was close to plaza mayor however it is in the business district, so if you are traveling to experience Madrid, you will need to take a taxi or Uber and spend between $15-$30 just to get there. The price will fluctuate depending on the time of day and traffic. The air conditioner was not working. The check out time on the reservation said 2pm, but it was at 12pm and we were not advised until that noon. Eco friendly because only one pillow. It was noisy and I could hear the cars from the street. Great water pressure and temperature with dove shampoo and body wash

DWO was a wonderful base for our holiday in Madrid. We appreciated having a lovely, comfortable, clean hotel, with very well appointed rooms and a kind staff without spending a fortune. The metro station was ten walking minutes away, and we didn’t mind at all, especially since walking is the only way to fully enjoy the city anyway

Parking lot is big, bit far away to center Madrid, but close to the airport.

Attractive Building, Friendly Staff, quiet location

The free breakfast was lovely. It was close to airport as well. Friendly staff, clean and everything is brand new.

Very clean modern hotel, we were happy to have a wonderful quiet place in Madrid!

Nice hotel to stay with family. 15 min to Barajas airport and 25 to Gran Vía. Breakfast buffet very complete

Smart bathroom

The hotel is new, but the rooms are very small. My rooms was very noisy because was next to the lift. I not sure if I will repeat here

Friendly staff at the front desk and serving breakfast. Family room setup works well with little kids.

Room was very clean with two large double beds Excellent bathroom with walk in shower. Breakfast was very good, fresh and regular replenished. Staff were all friendly. Metro is about 10 min walk away and very good system to get about. Only negative is there should be a bottle of water in the room.

Nice place but little open in the area. Also, don’t get a room next to the elevator - it’s too noisy.

Fue solo de paso a dormir pero muy bien, calidad precio aceptable, seguro que repito. Muy amable, simpático y atento el recepcionista que nos atendió a las 00:15 jajajaja
