The view of the beach was absolutely incredible! Close to great food, restaurants and souvenir shops. Limited warm trickle of water in the shower. No continental breakfast. We stayed three nights and no one replaced or asked if we needed more towels. Overall, we would stay again but NOT over Memorial Day weekend.

Could tell the rooms were updated, they were clean. Would’ve liked for the bar to be open during my stay but it certainly wasn’t a deal breaker. Staff very friendly. Overall stay was very good.

Still working on some construction but it’s not bothersome. Always a great view, friendly staff and clean living areas. Quieter than being on the boardwalk.

Took 30min to check in. Got to room was dirty, bed was old and uncomfortable. It was so loud from outside. As a single woman traveling for work I felt unsafe so I went to front desk and asked a refund. They refused, I contacted hotels.com to see if they could help and they tried to contact the hotel. They said the hotel refused to. Do not go to this hotel.

I booked the hotel as a Mother’s Day mini vacation for me and family members. The hotel was ok. Just a few needed upgrades in some areas. The rooms was a great size and clean. Everything we wanted to do was very convenient. Parking was ok but pretty tight but they had additional parking across the street so that was cool. The only issue I had was the water was being bio-polar. One minute it was warm than cold and then too hot. Staff were awesome. Customer service was great with my needs.

Great place to stay with family

It was clean and good other than at 1 am the fire alarm went off in the whole hotel and we had to evacuate then be out by 10 am the next morning. Kind of inconvenience, feel like should have got some type of reimbursement or late check out…. Staff was overall nice though.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. We had penthouse 4. Sounds fancy right? Positives – had a balcony oceanfront. Room was clean. Bed was okay. Negatives – the door was falling apart, literally was not secure. If I had been traveling by myself, I would not have stayed there for security purposes.

The place is convenient to the beach and you can tell it’s being renovated so it’s on its way to looking really nice. However, the shower pressure was nonexistent and there was no hot water. Bed was comfy.

When I say this hotel was even better than what it says.. very nice room plenty of rooms. Clean beds and very comfortable makes u not even wanna get out of it while listening to the sound of the waves from the beach right out side. The view is mind blowing. Just to sit out on ur balcony and watch the ocean is amazing very peaceful beautiful view quite. The staff she was amazing as well let us check in early for no extra charge and a free pair of sunglasses. Probably one of the best hotels I’ve stay at and I have stay in many.. ur right in the heart of everything stores and more.

This isn’t a resort , no dining ,,,,! The bar lounge wasn’t open the whole time I was there , the beds sqeek the pillows had my neck hearting even after I got home ❗️ I would not recommend the place to anyone .

Elevator did not work on our departure during check out so we had to walk the steps from the 10th floor with our bags and ot was a lot

Not coming back here stay

It's okay for 1 night stay when we checked in everything was okay after an hour i saw roaches everywhere i called front desk no one answered so we checked out.

I enjoyed my stay here .

Awful. No hot water, TV and room phones didn’t work, both sinks wouldn’t drain, could never reach anyone via phone, email or in person for assistance and the hotel wreaked of weed, which was lovely as I walked through the halls with my three young children.
