Such a great stay this week. The room was nicely renovated. The bed was comfortable and the rain head shower was magnificent! The staff were so friendly and made check in/out so easy. We enjoyed the pool that was very refreshing for the hot day. We will stay here again when visiting!

At first glance the place seemed a little sketchy since it looks like an old school motel from a horror movie. However, the room was amazing! Beautiful wood flooring, all new renovations extremely nice beds and a perfect use of the space! Awesome experience and would absolutely stay here again!

A/C was noisy and there was a lot of road noise.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I expected it to be very basic, based on the price. However, I found it to have some nice touches--modern, stylish decor; a pool, free snacks in the lobby. The staff was VERY polite and helpful. The only hiccup was the staff skipped my room on the scheduled cleaning day. (Wyndham has instituted a "only in Wednesdays" cleaning policy for stays longer than 3 nights. It was an honest mistake, and I didn't care, but it did happen. Overall, very pleased-- would stay there again!

Staff and other families staying we are great. The shower was dirty and you could hear everything in the room which made it hrs to sleep. Still a good last minute trip, but I wouldn’t trust the ratings system provided by Hotels.com

Amazing location to go on the tygart train tour, beautifully recently renovated room. Will definitely start here again in the future!

The shade over the window let all of the light from parking lot in. The insulation was inadequate because I could hear motorcycles and people talking outside my room late & 1st thing in the morning. I lost my son last year in a motorcycle accident & his 25th birthday would have been 7/10/25. It was upsetting to be able to hear them laughing about crashing and laying their bikes down.

Very nice stay just one night stay on a motorcycle trip to Blackwater falls. The place was updated clean. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the hotel. Our room was great. Perfect example of a business updating their property to be modern. Our room was nice and had all the nice touches from a keurig, to a pad charger for the cell phone. Would stay again and recommend it.

Friendly staff, clean room

This property is the only place I will stay at when working in Elkins. I recommend everyone come stay here. Rooms are always extremely clean and the staff are top notch!

Very clean and updated rooms. Staff at front desk, very friendly.

The pool could only be accessed through the lobby even though there were doors where your room passkeys should have worked. Also laundry looked to use only coins ($3.00) yet no bill changing machine.

This was a horrible experience. We weren’t able to check in on time due to a fire alarm being pulled. I was double charged for the room. They were rude when we asked for extra towels. They had the WiFi turned off and we had to call and ask for it to be turned on.
