Thank you for the response from the OS hotel staff. When I arrived, there were water marks on the sheets. But they were quick to respond and replaced them. Continued success, OS Batu Aji. For the room, at that price, we are very satisfied. Oh yes, a little input, if you like. For the hot water in the upstairs room, it's not hot enough. If possible, check the water heater, there might be damage.
