Staff was unreasonable.

First time in Galapagos and the staff and management at the Indigo made it the most amazing trip. They were very helpful in booking different activities and restaurants. The staff also made great drinks and food was excellent at the hotel. It is by far the most luxurious option in Galapagos. While some write about it being a higher price point, it is fully worth it for the level of service, cleanness of rooms, quality of food and hotel. Thank you to entire staff at hotel for making the trip amazing. A special thank you to Mauricio the general manager and Erika for the help on the trip.

Amazing 4 day stay. Incredible combo of hot tub and super heated pool for wonderful sunsets. Mauricio manages a top operation. I will recommend highly to USA friends looking for a hotel and day trip option to cruise only. And we saw a Blue Footed Booby from our 2nd floor balcony overlooking the harbor and sea lion beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Indigo hotel. The service in particular was superb with all staff being friendly, approachable and intent on making the stay a great one for the guests. The hotel was perfectly situated with a wonderful view over the Bay Area. Highly recommended for any visitors to the island.

The hotel staff was very friendly and efficient. They were very accommodating. The room was very spacious and clean. I would recommend having Smart TVs. Local stations were the only available option

Possibly the best lodging in all of the Galapagos. Fantastic rooms with gorgeous views of the ocean and nearby sea lions. Joao at the front desk helped us plan all our island excursions and made us feel at home.

A great property

Rarely seen in this parts of the world and I’m from these parts. “ Magnificent Customer Service “. Erika, Argenis, (front desk). “ Everyone ” at the restaurant and bar. Maids, Security, “ Everybody “. It’s really appreciated and enjoyable. I pamper myself wherever I go and I got pampered !!! Well Done Índigo….well done !

Cecilia was excellent, making sure everything was seamless. I stayed when this property was brand new and things were still getting a little sorted but the staff was helpful and over the top courteous. The bar made good drinks which I had in the pool area one day and the bar area one night. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff took care of every small request quickly and happily (or at least faked happy) which is hard to come by sometimes. After I learned about the area, I was able to walk to a small grocery and to other dining, etc. The one thing you need to be warned about is the mirror situation. It is a beautiful mirror but I the lighting on it or something about it made it very hard to see in. I don't wear makeup but I could not pluck my eyebrows, etc. When I looked in a mirror elsewhere, I was surprised by my image as my hair was a sight and Albert Einstein's eyebrows were on my face. But everything else there was spectacular! The staff arranged taxis without complaints and greeted each person every time they came in. Since it was so new and there was only one other family there when I was there, the over helping of the staff almost got annoying so I am hoping as the staff settles in, that would tone down a bit. Oh, also, I went out quite early in the morning and the staff surprised me by packing me a lunch to take with me.

I liked being able to immediately walk out to swim with the sea lions. I had to get used to asking for face clothes; something that is apparently not part of this culture. The restaurant should label the items on the breakfast bar. The staff was SUPER!!!

Excelente lugar, recomendable, la ubicación, las habitaciones, limpieza!! Alberca y bar espectacular!! Algunos del personal son increíbles y otros todo lo contrario! Tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado!

Celebrar nuestros 25 años de casados en en hotel Índigo fue una experiencia maravillosa, y sin duda, todo el personal hizo que fuera aún más especial. Desde nuestra llegada, el gerente Mauricio fue muy atento, y tanto Diego, Stwar, Joao S, Marcos B, como los demás colaboradores nos trataron con una amabilidad que hizo que nos sintiéramos mimados y consentidos en todo momento. Apreciamos profundamente el detalle de la copa de champaña y el fiambre que nos ofrecieron para celebrar esta ocasión tan importante para nosotros. El hotel es realmente hermoso y completo, con habitaciones confortables que nos permitieron descansar plenamente. El desayuno buffet es muy variado y delicioso, y cada comida estuvo bien preparada y presentada. Todo el servicio fue excelente; fue una estancia espectacular. Juan Carlos y Mylenna

Extraordinariamente bien, el cariño y hospitalidad de toda la gente ivonne, tallita, Elsa, Silvia, y el director del hotel se portaron maravillosamente. Carlos el de seguridad también. Todos con un gran corazón. Gracias por tanto amor y cuidado mientras mi estancia.

O melhor hotel da Ilha de San Cristovan. Tem categoria 5 estrelas. Ele é todo lindo. Tudo muito bem conservado, parece recém inaugurado. Toalhas grandes e macias. Camas muito confortáveis, academia muito boa. Em ótima localização. O café da manhã é a la carte, com produtos de primeira qualidade. Café excepcional. O hotel é muito tranquilo e o pessoal do atendimento sensacionais.

Un viaje espectacular, pasamos genial en San Cristobal y se complementó con la excelente estadía. El personal muy atento, las instalaciones de primera, fácil acceso, a los pies del hotel está una playa en la que están decenas de lobos marinos. El único pero que le encontramos, es la poca variedad de platos en el menú.
