Great, quiet, cool space, very suitable for a vacation here.

Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Restaurant is a bit small.

There is no GYM or entertainment room service. The business model is very strange, in Block H3, it shows business partners renting premises, not hotel services. The water cup in the morning buffet is not clean, covered with calcium deposits, the bathroom's glass wall is covered with calcium deposits, the swimming pool is covered with moss, do not hire someone to clean the swimming pool. Probably only 3 stars.

This trip experience was a bit disappointing. The swimming pool has a lot of moss and the floor is very slippery and easy to fall. The room did not have free filtered water, so we had to drink water from a paid tray and had to pay extra for water. There are fewer dishes in the buffet than in previous batches, some dishes take a long time to arrive.

Peaceful space. Very nice view. Breakfast is typical of Binh Dinh. Standard amenities. Need to add more functional areas such as Gym, Children's Recreation Area.

Nice view, buffet breakfast with variety and quality. Drinks at the restaurant are affordable, snacks such as tea, banana cake are delicious, but a very small portion, just eat and enjoy. @@ The minus point is that the location is far from the city, there is nothing around to play.

Chia sẻ một tí về trải nghiệm 2 ngày 1 đêm của mình. Đầu tiên, nước tắm rất hôi, thứ 2 khâu set up phòng ban đầu bị thiếu (cụ thể là thiếu dép mang và túi đậu phộng trong khay thức ăn sẵn), về phần thứ 2 này đối với mình nó không có vấn đề gì cả nhưng điều làm mình khó chịu đến bực mình là thái độ của lễ tân tên Bích Trâm. Có lẽ do khách sạn chưa training kĩ, vì lễ tân thái độ và cách nói chuyện làm mình rất bực mình. Zalo mình nhắn lúc bạn khác trực ca thì trả lời và hỗ trợ rất nhanh còn bạn này chỉ ngồi bấm điện thoại. Dép chỉ có 1 đôi mà hỏi mình “Còn 1 đôi nữa đâu”, còn đồ ăn cái món mình không ăn thì lại đi tính tiền dù nó không được bỏ vào trong phòng từ trước. Lúc thanh toán thì chỉ đọc số tiền chứ không in bill để mình kiểm tra cứ đứng đọc số tiền nên mình cảm thấy không rõ ràng. Nhiều vấn để gộp lại làm mình thấy những điều khác như view đẹp hay đồ ăn ngon cũng không thể làm mình dễ chịu hơn được.
