I can't say enough. A balcony and view of the Eiffel Tower. Great staff. Great location. Comfy bed. Can't wait to come back.

Hotel dated. You have to climb multiple narrow stairs just to get to the elevators . Room way too small. Bathroom shower smaller than our last cruise ship shower. Laundromat across the street was a plus but otherwise the location wasn't that great either. Would never stay here again. Much better options around for the price.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Claudia and Robert gave us great recommendations and helped us feel comfortable in Paris. Small rooms with great beds!!

Very pleasant experience. Location was convenient to the metro station and walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Clean, quaint hotel with wonderful staff and great breakfast buffet!

The hotel was very comfortable, in a great location, the staff were wonderful, and it was very clean. However, it is difficult if you have heavy luggage or a lot of luggage. The elevator landing is halfway between the floors so you have to walk either up or down a set of stairs to get to your room. This can be difficult if you have a heavy suitcase. The staff were excellent as there was street constriction outside our window from 10 pm to 3 am. The night clerk offered a room at the back of the hotel away from the street. We moved and were able to get a good night’s sleep. Thank you for doing this.

The hotel staff were very special. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The breakfast selection large, with a good selection. Our room was clean with hardwood flooring. I would recondition this hotel. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower, seine river, sidewalk cafes and many small boutiques.

I would not recommend this hotel. One major concern is their outdated key policy—guests are required to leave their room key at the front desk every time they leave, with no system in place to track who enters or exits the room. While the receptionist was friendly and helpful during check-in, my experience quickly became unsettling. After dropping off my luggage and turning on the AC, I left to purchase Eiffel Tower tickets. When I returned around 10:30–11:00 PM, I found the AC had been turned off, suggesting someone had entered my room while I was out—without any notice or explanation. The next morning, as I was preparing to check out and store my luggage, I discovered that my passport was missing. I’m certain it was with my belongings when I left the room. Unfortunately, despite searching thoroughly later, it was never recovered. This experience raised serious concerns about security and privacy. I urge future travelers to consider these issues before booking.

The location was perfect. We had an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower right from our balcony It is Close to many shops, restaurants and metro. Our room was a little small but to be expected in a historical charming part of Paris. The staff is what makes this property really special. Claudia and Nathalie were so welcoming and warm and they were incredibly helpful. They gave us so many great tips to make our stay in Paris unforgettable. Claudia is a Whoot. So funny and sweet. Thank you so much!

Hotel was fine, clean, breakfast was good, Cladia on the front desk is amazing, her knowledge and information given to us for places to eat and visit was brilliant

Nice property, good location in a more residential neighborhood. Claudia was excellent with the check in and recommendations. The only thing some rooms are pretty small, the shower was tiny but the other room was big enough.

We booked the room with eiffel view, and it was a great experience! Proximity to metro, great bakeries, wine shops, everything at a walking distance. Absolutely recommend staying at this property.

Si alguna vez regresamos a Paris definitivamente volveríamos ahí gracias a la amabilidad de Claudia, que gran persona, nos ayudo incluso diciéndonos que metro podíamos tomar, siempre atenta a nuestras dudas. El hotel en general es pequeño, pero para nosotros fue perfecto ya que solo lo utilizábamos para dormir, también es super céntrico podíamos ir a la torre Eiffel y alrededores caminando, tienen la opción de desayuno bastante sencillo y rico, lo necesario para que comiences el día. Lo único que no me gustó fue que mientras estábamos en el cuarto la persona de limpieza abrió la puerta, fue bastante incomodo ya que me encontraba terminando de acomodar mi ropa, agradecería nada más que tuvieran cuidado con eso, porque no es agradable que alguien ajeno entre mientras uno esta. Como sugerencia tal vez pudieran poner algún letrero de molestar, para que nadie entre cuando no se requerido. Pero sin problema regresaría de nuevo.
