Very well located. Free parking in front of the hotel. Clean room and bathroom. Room rather small but with nice lake view. Very good restaurant and reasonably priced. Breakfast poor for 14€ per person. Personnel very helpful. In a nutshell: Good value for money

Welcoming and thoughtful host who booked us a table in their restaurant for dinner since it was a Sunday night when we arrive (though we didn’t use it in the end). Great room overlooking the lake.

The room was clean and we had a lovely balcony overlooking the lake. There was no reception when we arrived, so we made contact via phone and the access was easy.

Annexe by la réserve inadaptée aux handicapés. Accès des locaux par escaliers pas de pente d'accès. Chambre sans placard pour sortir les vêtements de la valise. .Pas d'eau chaude au lavabo et à la douche avant une attente de plusieurs minutes. Sol de la douche glissant pour un handicapé. Petit déjeuner servi à 150 m.

Le détail de propreté à revoir, les coins :-)) Brancher la bouilloire, compliqué vu l'emplacement des prises. Et insonorisation NULLE. Sinon bel emplacement et personnel très accueillant.

Chambre propre avec les nombreuses fonctionnalités caractéristiques d’un hôtel 3* équipée d’une literie confortable. Hôtel fort bien situé faisant face au lac de Gérardmer. Personnel de l’établissement disponible, accessible, efficace et très aimable. Merci !

La chambre était très très bien. Le personnel ? Agréable mais que par téléphone, en arrivant tardivement nous avons vu personne le soir, mais le lendemain matin non plus. Dommage que le petit déjeuner n’est pas servis directement à l’hôtel. Avec le mauvais temps c’est assez désagréable de sortir pour aller au petit déjeuner.

Chambre tres moyenne. Mauvaise insonorisation. Limite propre parterre. Belle vue.
