The room was adequate, spacious but a bit dated and there was close proximity to food and drink.

Very nice restaurant and bar on the grounds.

Had to pay 15 pounds for “early check in” for arriving prior to 3:00 pm. Room was ready. Felt like a rip-off. Room carpet and carpets in general were Worn. Breakfast OK; room was spacious but not the family room we were led to believe in your site.

Front desk was friendly and helpful

A lot of noise from people walking in and out, and kids screaming early in the morning. That’s not the hotel’s fault. But some sound isolation would be nice. The room was nice enough, nothing extra there. Bathroom door didn’t close properly. Bed was okay, but not the best.
