Clean hotel, great shower, close to airport.

Rooms are nice and airy and clean

Choosing a room with a balcony was a great idea. Bathroom was clean an modern, Bedroom was modern and had a comfortable bed. Mini Kitchen is ideal for longer stays. Very impressed with the Breakfast for the price! Would happily return.

The space was amazing, balcony was large! It was a pleasure to stay during my birthday in Nice.

We were unable to find hotel. After talking with a construction worker we found out the hotel was under renovation and closed. We were charged for the hotel stay prior to stay and no communication that our room was unavailable. This a frustrating experience for our trip to Nice. We then had to book another hotel room. Where the Sheraton took very good care of us. This is fraud. I would like a refund.

We booked two rooms with balconies. Both were spotless and had all amenities you could want. Staff were wonderful. Great location for airport and public transport. Would definitely stay here again

Great studio everything you need. Perfect location for walking and public transportation. Great communication with owners. And welcomed with a bottle of bubbly after a long day of traveling. Very delightful stay.

Aircon not really working, room can become quite hot in the summer. Room clean. Close to tram leading to airport in a few minutes and train station. Some uncomfortable experience with staff members/other guests.

Spoke with 6 locals as well as 2 nearby hotels, they had never heard of it. I called the number on the website, the fellow that answered had no idea what I was talking about. This was a very pleasant surprise. Little difficult to find in the building complex, but once I was in there, I was so pleasantly surprised at how clean well taken care of the accommodations were. The bed was excellent. The sheets were excellent. It was very clean.

Clean room, very comfy bed ,, great shower, had a balcony looking out on to a square, if arrive by airport,, take the free tram to grand arenas ,, then it’s a 2-3 minute stroll to the hotel,, it’s a good 20+ min walk from terminal 2 ,, grand arenas handy stop to get into nice ,, 7 and 14 day passes r a good option as well!
