The view was good, and the breakfast is the best pho I ever try in Sapa

Very good, convenient center

The owner is super cute and super enthusiastic, cooks delicious food, supports buying Fansipan tickets for the two of us, introduces delicious local restaurants and reputable places to buy specialties as gifts. The room I rented had a bathtub, a super beautiful mountain view, the room was clean and very satisfying. Thank you Muong Hoa Valle!

Booked a room with a mountain view but saw that most of the view was of houses, the view was terrible. There was no elevator, climbing the stairs carrying 2 suitcases made me feel like fainting. The bathroom door was sliding but when I closed it, it slipped out and couldn't be closed tightly. Too bad for the price.

We got stuck in Hanoi because of the typhoon that passed through. Northern Vietnam, our train to Sapa was cancelled due to landslides in that town, all the roads to Sapa were damaged. As soon as the train agency cancelled our trip, we sent an email to the hotel to let them know and asked what we could do with the refund, but we have not received a response. Due to these landslides, there were even deaths.

The male staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful, the location is quite close to the city center, breakfast is decent, but there is no additional information at the hotel bar, you have to pay if you take instant noodles without prior notice, unfortunately the staff's English BHS is still not good, overall all quite s compare with the price.

Ksan nay view rat đep. Sach se nhung phong con thieu nhieu csvc, canh cua toilet vs nha tam phai đong mo kheo leo nhe tay. Tu đay ra trung tam đi bo khoang 500 m nen neu thik tien đi lai mng nen can nhac. Khu nay khak tay o chac on hon vi view nui me lam. Cach ben xe tam 2 km. Bua sang chu yeu co pho thoi nhung pho ngon nha. Good view with mountain. Cleaning. But not facilities. From center about 500 m. Breakfast only had Pho soup.

The staff are attentive, the room is clean, the location is good, the view is beautiful, the food should be improved to be more diverse.
