The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful during check-in and checkout. Communication with the admin staff is easy via Whatsapp and the information is updated. I enjoyed staying here. The hot water is on, there are toothbrushes, toothpaste, and towels. Worth it for an affordable stay.

The hotel location is quite close to the city center and easy to find culinary around. The room is quite clean and there is a water heater. We had moved to another hotel but kept coming back to Victory Inn.

during the check in process we were placed on the top floor, 3rd floor with stair access, because we saw that there were still many empty rooms on the 1st & 2nd floors, we asked for the option on the 1st or 2nd floor, but it was explained that purchases through Traveloka could not choose the floor because the 1st & 2nd floors with the same room facilities were intended for those who booked rooms directly to the hotel with a price difference of 100 thousand. we stayed for 2 days with no room service or room cleaning service. security lacked manners in serving guests using motorbikes. thank you

We rode a motorbike from Palembang to Bangka, took a midnight boat to Pangkal Pinang at 9 am. Unfortunately, there were no rooms ready yet and because we were tired and sleepy, we decided to do an early check-in at 11 am with an additional Rp100,000. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Free drinks and bread in the lobby until 10 am even though they didn't serve restaurant-style breakfast. There are many places to eat around the hotel, it's safe. The standard room doesn't have a hot water kettle, cupboard, or mini fridge. The bathroom door is a sliding system but unfortunately it can't be closed from the outside so we had to use tissue to close the toilet door. Overall, the experience of staying here was quite pleasant.
