This hotel is located a short distance from Jonker Walk. The room is clean and the staff is very helpful. The Wi-Fi is not strong and unable to receive at some times.

The room is quite spacious and the location is good.

Stayed in a deluxe room with bathtub for 2nites with my family. Great room with comfortable beds, strong aircon and good shower. And there is gated carparking available. Hotel is near to jonker street and feels safe when walking back to hotel at night.

Friendly staff, clean room and good ambiance. Near landmark place, can walk.

For cyclist, management allow guest to kept bike in lagguage room, location definitely plus, nearby red church and local morning market.

Excellent service, location and facility.

Good acomodation for family, staff very very helpful, you can put your luggage before check in or after check out, very very recommended.

breakfast not on buffet.. even now is pandemic this hotel should give a variety choice for a buffet.. just limit the time and slot only

On post the images and rating (star) did not reflect the actual condition. In general the hotel is “run down” & poor maintenance not fit for the claimed star rating & price. Service was average. Room especially bathroom not appealing at all.

Room 101. My room was hot and very stuffy. After made a complaint, they sent portable air conditioner. The room less stuffy but still hot. We don't have a good night sleep 😩🥵 Luckily we check in for one night only.

Great discount, c/w free parking, great deals overall.

The hotel is really nice, its just the shower is really difficult to use. makes us hard to take a shower.

I took the big suit for 4 persons with jacuzzi. But jacuzzy not working. No soap and teeth brush. Bed cover dirty. Room feels wet. Unexpectedly bad experience. Building has spooky feels maybe cause its an old refurbished building. The only satisfying part is the breakfast. Breakfast was real good.

The toilet is not clean.. the Jacuzzi isn’t working.. the remote control of the tv isn’t working as well..

We had to clean the bathtub first before using it as it was not properly cleaned. Imagine the first thing we did upon checking in was cleaning the bathtub before showering. Breakfast buffet was not really a buffet because there was no refill after a dish runs out.

The food was just simple.
