The sheets and blanket were yellow and stained, making it look unclean. The phone in the room was dead, and there was no elevator, but the staff helped carry my suitcase to my room.

For the type of food so that there are more menus served with the same deluxe room price as superior, the restaurant service is the same. The rest is great and okay for this hotel.

Very comfortable and friendly staff. Children are happy to be in this hotel. The view of the restaurant is very interesting. Only the food is not very varied so they can't choose what they want to eat for the children.

The hotel is very cool, clean, not far from the city center. And most importantly, the service is very cool, 5-star hotels are inferior to this hotel in terms of service. Very top. Highly recommended. Thank you, I stayed 2 nights and was very satisfied.

Hotelnya bagus, bersih, kamar cukup ada space untuk sholat, parkiran mobil agak terbatas. Sarapan lumayan oke, pemandangan di resto bagus, view gunung. Sebelah hotel ada atm, depan banyak yang jual makanan. Dan baru kali ini, nginep di kamar standar tp kamar mandinya ada 2. Keren. Haha

Kami menginap 7-9 Maret 2024, kamar 202. Lokasi menjelang pasar Aua Kuniang, kamar tersedia di lantai 2 dan 3 dan sarapan di lantai 4, tidak ada lift, jadi lumayan ngos-ngosan untuk pergi sarapan. Sebelah kanan hotel ada ATM, sebelah kiri hotel ada MM store yang jualan pakaian, sepatu dan tas. Di seberang hotel ada food court dan Mixue. Di sekitar hotel banyak toko pakaian dan penjual makanan. Di samping MM store ada gang, di sana ada musala. Seprei dan sajadah wangi, karyawan ramah. Sarapan tidak terlalu banyak variasi, tapi lumayan enak, dan pemandangan Marapi dan Singgalang sambil sarapan luar biasa. Sayang lantai kamar mandi agak lama airnya mengalir karena terlalu datar. Tidak jauh dari pusat kota (jam Gadang) di Bukit Tinggi. Hotel baru. Rekabentuk modern. Ada aircorn. Air panas. Sarapan pagi nya sungguh sedap sekali. Banyak pilihan. Pakir di belakang hotel luas. Cuma bilik single agak kecil. Tetapi memadai untuk saya seorang sebilik. Saya rekemen.

Clean, smelling Islamic, friendly receptionist, only the restaurant part doesn't seem to smile, the rooms and contents are overall good 👍 the variety of food could also possibly be increased.

Saya udah 3 kali nginap di sini, pelayanannya sangat bagus. Hanya kali ini nyoba lantai 1, pintunya ga pakai card tapi kunci biasa dan susah banget bukanya. Kalo kebersihan dan keramahan pegawai pegawainya top banget.

The hotel is clean and smells good. Hopefully in the future there will be access to the door to the rear parking so it doesn't go around.

Overall, I really like staying here, the rooms are very clean, the rooms look luxurious, the lobby and restaurant are clean too. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's also in the city, not difficult to find ATMs, places to eat, and laundry. But most of all I like the delicious breakfast, really delicious! The only drawback is that there isn't an elevator, so it's a bit difficult if you have parents. Even though the staff always offers to carry our things to the room. Super recommended. ❤.

The service is okay, the hotel rooms are okay but there is a lack of a toilet (seat seats like they want to fall off). The breakfast is okay, the view of the restaurant on the 4th floor is really okay. Mineral drinks are provided in the hotel hallway. The hotel does not have an elevator, but can be assisted by hotel employees. Parking is available but parking in front of the hotel is only enough for a maximum of 4/5 cars, according to the security guard, you can park behind the hotel (haven't tried it because you can always park in front ☺).
