The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are spacious and tidy, very comfortable to stay in and very close to the center of Labuan city.

The location is very strategic, the service and facilities are good. The bath towels are a bit stiff and not soft enough. The room is a bit musty.

Booking for one night for three people, we were given a super spacious room. The bed was also large and the room was clean. Unfortunately, the AC wasn't cold enough, and the water gun in the toilet had very little water. Overall, this hotel is okay and recommended for a short stay.

In the morning, the employees were noisy, waking me up. Was it because the room wasn't soundproof? It wasn't very clean; the room and toilet were covered in dust, like cobwebs. The toilet smelled from the bathroom drain, and there was no toilet freshener.

The room is big but dirty, the plug for charging the phone doesn't work, the breakfast should be more varied.

The shower leaks, it should be replaced. There are no signs of soap and shampoo, it's not clear which is soap and which is shampoo.

The location and bedrooms are good. The smell when entering and the mosquitoes in the room were annoying. Friendly waiter. There is no choice for breakfast and the price of 600 doesn't seem appropriate.
