1. At the time you stay at our hotel on January 20, 2024 in Hanoi, the temperature is 9 degrees Celsius. The weather was too cold for us so we didn't use the air conditioner. Since you are the only customer wearing a very thick jacket, walking a long distance makes you feel hot, but I am still happy to provide your own fan and air conditioner. Check-out time at our hotel is 12 o'clock, but it's inconvenient that we have a group of guests who check out a bit late so we need more time to clean the room before providing it to you. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. We would like to learn from our experience to improve our service better in the future for other customers.
