The airport shuttle service isn't at the entrance; it's at the stairs leading to the train station. You have to walk across. In other hotels I've stayed at, they usually drop you off on the 3rd floor. The hotel itself is on the 2nd floor, so you have to walk up to check in. They also don't provide a hairdryer.
