I booked two connecting rooms. From the time I booked until check-in, there was no confirmation regarding the lack of a connecting room. And upon check-in, I was asked to add approximately 900,000 Rupiah for the connecting room.

When we wanted to check out, management didn't provide a trolley. There was a trolley for check-in. I stayed in a suite, a 4-bedroom suite, for 2 nights. We also gave the room attendant a tip. This hotel has terrible management.

I like the hotel's atmosphere, lots of trees, shady. The staff are friendly. However, there are several things that could be input and improved in the future, for example, the shower in room 8416 is like a flowing water tap, not like a shower. Need to replace the shower head with a new one. Gym facilities are available, for guests from Dwangsa Lorin there is an additional fee of 50 thousand, paid once during the stay. Majapahit Gym, rusty dumbbells. This hotel is close to the UMS Edutorium, Mie Gacoan, restaurants. Transportation is also easy.

I was very satisfied with my stay here. The hotel grounds are spacious and green, perfect for a family vacation. The location is also quite strategic, close to the airport and main road access. The breakfast menu is delicious and varied. It will definitely be a top choice if I visit Solo again.

The room is big and the bed is comfortable. The facilities were great, especially for families with kids since they have a playground and a kids' swimming pool. I have no complaints since the price is affordable. There is a merchandise and souvenir shop near the hotel entrance.

Room service was pretty good. The frontline staff from check-in to check-out were fine, but they need to be improved. A separate point I found lacking was the restaurant staff's lack of empathy for guests. I was carrying my child while carrying GoFood food, and I borrowed a plate but was told to bring my own. Just a suggestion: the service was excellent. It's a shame if a good hotel lacks in guest service. Hopefully, it improves.

The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. I stayed in a standard room, even though the room was very clean, the bedding set and towels smelled good, the towels were large, and the room was also large. The bed was king size, very worth every penny we spent. The playground and swimming pool facilities were also very good. Breakfast was at Lorin in front, the area was very nice, the breakfast had a lot of variety. The staff service at breakfast was also very satisfying. There is a large fish pond and you can feed the fish too (request food to the breakfast receptionist). Admire every corner of Lorin Solo 😍🫰🏻

Unfortunately, I just learned that there are two types of rooms, the moderate one being the nicer one with elevator access. I got the one with stair access, which was quite tiring with a baby and a toddler. It might be better to have the app inform you of the room type and anticipate if someone is in a wheelchair and choose the appropriate room type.

I always stay at Lorin when I'm in Solo. Unfortunately, the door lock malfunctioned and I had to wait for a technician to fix it. My son was also stopped from having breakfast due to a misunderstanding. He was initially asked to pay, but after I explained that he wasn't tall enough, they finally let him stay. So far, so good.
