in overall it was a pleasant stays. One recommendation, during check in, please work faster and less chatty between staff. We were tired and want to rest, but need to entertain staff joking one to another for long.

I think this hotel is one of the most perfect mid-tier hotels. The location, cleanliness, room, facilities like gym and swimming pool, and even the view itself. I have to highlight the part where every staff is friendly, smiles written all over their face whenever we exchange a conversation. I stayed here two times already with a friend, and this place holds a special place in my heart. Keep it up, Santa Grand! 💪💪💪

Staff friendly, breakfast tasty.

Good stay in the central of KL

It was my third time staying here. I was unsatisfied with the noise. The hotel hosted a large crowd of foreigners and their kids lingered around and shouted from one floor to another at late midnight. On top that, the room I got was smaller compared to the first and second time i stayed there.

Staff is very friendly. When we reach the hotel to check in, the lobby staff even hand us a cold face towel with slight fragrance to wipe our face, this is my first time having this kind of experience, feels like VIP haha.. It feels so refreshing after wiping the face! There's also free lemongrass pandan leaves drinks served readily in lobby. The room is very clean, with the view of not only KL Tower, but we also able to see KLCC, TRX & Merdeka 118 from our room. We have the Tiffin Set dinner at the hotel cafe. At first we thought the RM38 is with 1 rice & 1 dessert, but when they serve 2 rice & 2 desserts, we thought there might be additional charges. Surprisingly, it's really total RM38 for 2 pax for all the food that are showed in my picture!! And it's delicious too, though the chendul has too much ice. But it's really a great deal for a hotel meal!! For breakfast, it's decent and have wide varieties, but more to asian food. We enjoy our breakfast & leave with a full stomach~ Will definitely come back again!

The hotel is worth it for this price, and the breakfast is quite good and the distance to everywhere is closer.

strategic location, but cleanliness is a bit lacking because the towels are shabby and the pillowcases are fluffy and uncomfortable to sleep in, the room is also noisy/not soundproof, the sound from the next room can be heard and then the hotel activities preparing breakfast on the 3rd floor can be heard from 9/10 pm until early morning

The staff is very helpful. The room and toilet are clean, but the distance to the city is a little far.

I love almost everything about the hotel, the check-in was a breeze, the bed was as good as feather, the scrumptious food.. but until you park your car at the hotel. You'll definitely be charged for your car park as they claim it is a valet parking and no other options are available. Instead, the said parking was actually a car park at behind of the hotel only..
