My parents loved it here. The view, the size of the hotel room, they were just good. With the price under 500k, we would love to stay here again.

The hotel staff is friendly, customer requests are well served. There is hot water too. It's really nice. I've stayed here 3 times.

Got a regular room, even though I booked one with a balcony. The water heater didn't work at all. Other than that, it was okay, the room was big and comfortable, and the place was clean and beautiful.

Cleanliness and room service are OK/Good. The place is also spacious, comfortable, very good for families to stay at this Alam Permai Hotel. Highly recommended. Only one, the hot/warm water in the bathroom was under repair when we stayed yesterday. Everything is very good for the Deluxe room. Just a suggestion, if possible, the standard room should still be equipped with AC because during the day it is still hot in the room.

It's quite good but could be improved further, such as by providing wifi and a lift for customer convenience, as well as a variety of menus for breakfast.

the room smells of cigarettes and it turns out the cigarettes are from the bathroom hexos. there are insects in the bathroom. the spray for cleaning, leaks. the room is dirty, there are plastic spoon marks under the table even though I just arrived. then the floor is also dirty. I've stayed here before but it wasn't as bad as this..... honestly I'm really disappointed staying here. oh yeah, there's no wifi either. the elevator is dead. the hotel is not well maintained

The old hotel is quite scary at night and it's okay just for sleeping, not for more because it's quiet for going out at night.

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is spacious, the atmosphere is cool, but maybe because the hotel is quite old, the sheets and pillow cases are a bit less clean. But overall it is quite satisfying with that budget.

I stayed on 29-30 Dec 2024, the hotel is old but still comfortable to stay overnight and sleep. The staff are friendly and kind, we can choose a room, maybe because it's not too crowded, so we can choose a room on the 1st floor, Dulux room. Cheap price, get a luxurious, clean room. There is a functioning refrigerator, we put milk cake and tiramisu chocomory so it's safe because there is a refrigerator. On the table there is tea l, coffee and sugar l, 2 glasses, to boil hot water. The condition of a 4-star hotel is really. We get toiletries, towels, toothpaste, toothbrushes.
